The apartment is very centrally located with everything you need in the immediate vicinity. This is a year-round destination. Winter offers alpine and cross-country skiing right outside the door. The summer offers nice hikes in the mountains, downhill cycling, pumptrack and climbing park for children.

Cabin in the mountains

Charming mountain cabin for rent. Location at Hafjell in the immediate vicinity of Pellestova and Ilsetra, in an area with good opportunities for activities for the whole family. In spring, summer and autumn there is a road all the way up to the cabin. The cabin is located in a pleasant mountain pasture with great hiking trails right nearby and with a short distance to Hafjell (2 km to drive to Gaiastova which is the nearest starting point for alpine skiing). In winter, you have to walk about 250 meters on skis or snowshoes from a free parking space.

Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Feel free to bring your own. Centrally located in the cabin area, right by Mosetertoppen ski stadium. Perfect starting point for downhill/mountain biking or e.g. fishing! Ski-in/out Ski down to "Backyard" and Gondoltoppen/Skavlen. Lighted ski trails that are illuminated until 11 pm are right nearby, connected to over 300 km of prepared cross-country ski trails in winter, and an eldorado of bike trails in summer. The cabin is newly built in 2018, and is perfect for two families or a group. We only accept families or responsible adults.

Short distance to the Birkebeineren Ski Stadium, which offers an extensive network of hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks. 15-min drive to Nordseter, about 20 minutes to Sjusjøen, both with excellent trails for hiking and skiing. The ski jumping hill is 3-minute drive from the cabin and offers a great view. 5-min drive to grocery store. For alpine skiing, Hafjell is 25 min away, and Kvitfjell is about 1 hour.
