Welcome to my family apartment in Batumi - Family Home. I tried to fill the apartment with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including with children. The key advantages are two separate bedrooms, hotel-level Queen size mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee maker, a comfortable sofa, a large bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a large balcony from where you can see the famous Batumi sunsets and a little bit of Adjara mountains.

The house is located 15 minutes away from the center of Batumi and has a beautiful sea view. Inside the house, you will find: ✅A well-equipped kitchen ✅Three bedrooms and three bathrooms. ✅A TV, a washing machine, air conditioning in each bedroom, and a heating system.
