Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Goochland County

We loved our stay at this beautiful farmhouse. Easy, scenic drive from Richmond. It's a very peaceful, quiet area but a quick 20 minute drive to restaurants and shopping. Our youngest loved running around in the large front and side yard. So much better than being cooped up in a hotel! The interior is beautifully restored - we loved the old wood and the large windows. It's clean and decorated thoughtfully with a great blend new and antique furniture and appointments. Liv and Mike were exceptional hosts and we were grateful for their warmth and hospitality. We wouldn't hesitate to return!

This AirBnB was amazing! Honey and Anthony did a great job making this space cozy and welcoming. The area was lovely and the lake was beautiful! I will definitely be coming back next time I’m in town!

Susan’s place is a dream come true! If you are looking for a beautiful home, in a beautiful location with the kindest hosts then look no further! Susan made us feel right at home and even baked us almond and chocolate croissants in the mornings! She even watched and loved on our two rescue dogs while we were at wedding events! We could not have had a better weekend and we cannot wait to book her place again and again and again!

Tamara is an excellent host. From booking until my departure, I had no issues and my entire experience was hassle-free. The home was in pristine condition and all of our needs were met. I would recommend to anyone traveling in the area!

This place was gorgeous, it was super homey and cozy and very relaxing, the location is so quiet and peaceful and Karen is just be sweetest host you could ask for, she is so friendly, and truly goes above and beyond a normal host. I highly recommend, and anytime I come to the area I will be staying at Karen’s place.

Linda is a perfect host - kind, helpful, and always accessible. She was responsive to my every request and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Her beautiful home is a quiet, lovely, clean space on a leafy, peaceful street that is perfect for walking or running. My stay was delightful, and I highly recommend Linda's gracious hospitality and truly lovely home to anyone staying in Richmond.

Lauren was so responsive, and accepted my late booking after I decided to bail on a bad hotel stay! The bathroom was well stocked with extras, and if you're a picky sleeper like me, you'll appreciate having a bedroom fan 🙌🏼Absolutely will stay again!

Alyssa's place is centrally located and very walkable. Parking was easy. There were many little amenities in the apartment like a light and plenty of hangers in the closets, bathroom shelf for your phone, a guidebook, reading and games. Super comfy bed and sofa, and great shower. Alyssa removed scent diffusers per my request which I appreciated. Great spot, will stay again!

Peter was responsive and generous. I was visiting Charlottesville and he offered his own oven for me to make some dishes. His place is clean and was nice and warm during the cold nights. I would stay here again when visiting. Thanks Peter for being a great host.

Apt. was nice, clean, and spacious. It's in a quiet neighborhood, and it's a great launching point for anything you want to do in the Richmond area.

This BNB was one that my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed. It had everything we needed plus some. It is in a quiet neighborhood area and has a gorgeous cemetery right across that we got to drive through and enjoy. We had stayed here due to Galaxycon going on in Richmond and it provided a good place to stay. Clean, everything was listed, and the hosts gave very clear instructions and guidance. The hosts even had local recommendations to try, which we were excited about and they were top notch! We had to leave the evening before check-out due to stuff going on at home that we needed to go and attend for. Overall, it was so pleasant and worth the price. All three of us were very pleased and we are appreciative of the hosts allowing us to stay at this listing. We hope to be able to in the future sometime! ❤️

Thanks again to our hosts! Great space near plenty of great restaurants and shops. Walking distance to grocery stores as well. Easy parking, so you can leave the car for your entire stay and just walk to your desired destination. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Richmond!

Beautiful location, up the hill from the water! Great fishing and easy to get around the local area! House was spotless and smelled clean when we walked in. Bed was comfortable! They've thought of everything! Will visit again!

Great little place for a quick visit to Richmond. Walkable to many restaurants. Safe neighborhood.

During our stay there were several weather related issues. The electricity went out because of the weather. Since I was not the owner of the property, I could not report the outage to the power company. Once I informed Edna about the situation, she immediately contacted the power company, provided me with the information I would need to check on power status, and had the power company contact me. Edna was prompt with responses when there were some complications with her cleaning service.

Sam’s place was beautiful! The bunk room was our little guys favorite and thought he was a big boy sleeping in the beds. The condo had everything we needed! Sam was so helpful in providing us with restaurant ideas and best places to boat/wakeboard on the lake! They had a boat slip we could use to dock our boat for the weekend with a short walk back to the condo. We enjoyed our time so much we didn’t want to leave. We hope to be back next summer!

Great place and great host. I stayed for two weeks and found everything I needed nearby and walkable, from restaurants to the Altria Center where I was performing. Very comfortable place and fast WiFi among other amenities. Would definitely choose to stay here again if I returned to Richmond.

This place was well equipped didn’t have to worry about bringing any spices in a condiments. The bathrooms are well equipped, nice towels, comfortable beds. I highly recommend it and you can walk to the river.
