This little thatched house, Maliskens, offers all the idyllic and cozy atmosphere you can dream of when the family needs to relax and have fun. The house is from 1900 and is well located with shorter distances to the beach, cafes, the local tavern and the harbor environment on beautiful Reersø. The house is small and authentic, which contributes to the presence and real Danish coziness. On the 'island' there are various artists, ceramists, the local museum and Reersø is known for its beautiful hiking route, 'Around the Island', as well as its tailless cats.

The house is located in Mårup on Nordøen, close to the harbor and Nordby hills. There is 900 m as the crow flies between both sides of the beach. The house is spacious, high to the ceiling and with many cozy corners. The beautiful hilly nature is characteristic of Nordøen, it starts right outside the door. Nordøen has shopping, restaurants and specialty stores. We have the specialty store HØST and a Wine & Coffee Bar. The gallery is with Pernille's works and Jakob's works can be found in the Café. There is a courtyard with stunning views of meadow, trees and sea, as well as a flower garden. The house is undisturbed with walking distance to the sea, grocery store and marina. In the luxurious bedroom, there is a French imported vintage double bed. In the living room, there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an atmospheric dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a farmhouse blue table.

All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. The house holds a wood-fired sauna and a wilderness spa which guests can rent for an additional fee of DKK 1100 for the spa and 700 for the sauna. If you rent both items the cost is DKK 1500 for two days.
