The spacious living room, with its cozy corner sofa, is perfect for evening gatherings. For added convenience, there is also a full bathroom on this floor. The Upper Floor - Upstairs, you will find 3 stylish bedrooms offering beautiful views. The sleeping arrangements are designed to accommodate 8 guests in total. A key feature of our villa is privacy—each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort for everyone. Outdoor & Entertainment - Step outside to your private oasis featuring a stunning infinity pool. The courtyard is equipped with a lounge area, an outdoor dining table, and a BBQ grill—ideal for alfresco dining. There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience. Bonus Areas & Parking - On the lower level in front of the house, there is a dedicated play and relaxation zone finished with artificial grass, perfect for children or sunbathing. Secure private parking for 2 cars is available at the back of the property (there is plenty of public parking space avaliable within 1 min of walk)

Kućica je smještena na osami u uvali Doca na otoku Murteru, u potpunoj izolaciji. Do kuće se ne može doći autom već pješice(10 min hodanja od parkinga u kampu Kosirina).Ljetovanje podrazumjeva samoću, miris prirode, predivan pogled, nema gužve, buke ni prometa. Primamo kućne ljubimce uz nadoplatu od 15€ po danu.U dvorištu su tuš i grill. U dvorištu je besplatan parking. Nema drugih gostiju,vi ste tu sami. Odmor uz puno sunca, svježeg zraka. Dezinfekcija i čistoća zajamčeno.

Mala kamena kuća sa pogledom na more, velikom terasom i mjesto za parkiranje. Unutarnji prostor se sastoji od galerije sa dva kreveta . U donjem dijelu nalazi se otvoreni prostor sa kuhinjom, blagovaonicom dnevni boravak sa velikim kaučom na rasklapanje za dvije osobe i kupaonica sa tuš kabinom. Kuća ima poseban ulaz a odmah pokraj ulaza i svoje parkiralište.
