You live in a newly-built house of 36 sqm with space for 2-3 people and your own private, furnished patio. Coffee, tea and muesli/cereal is included. During the high season May-Sept only bookings are accepted for a minimum of 2 people.

There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.

The cottage is designed for a relaxing stay close to nature and the idyllic archipelago environment, regardless of the season.

Welcome to the charming upstairs of the house, where you get through your own entrance. The house has recently undergone an extensive renovation in period style. This property is located in the area of Kungsladugård, Majorna. Parken Slottsskogen is just nearby and in a few minutes you reach Mariaplan where there are bars, restaurants and shops. It takes 15 minutes with the tram to central Gothenburg. There are several grocery stores just blocks away.

Our little guesthouse is cosy and quite, in the end of the "street". It is simple, estetic and easy to like. The veranda gives you possibility to look at the boat passing by to Denmark and Gothenburg. If you like to get inspirated och to take long walks, this is a perfect place for You. We have a couple of restaurants on the island and help You find the best places to bath, walk and eat. Quiet and close to nature.
