Located on a quiet street in Sävedalen, you will find this lovely apartment. The property consists of two floors with a total of 5 rooms. Level 1 with two bedrooms and a living room. The attic floor consists of a large kitchen and living room with nice light. There is also a large, fresh bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom. There is access to the garden. Close to Delsjön's outdoor area and swimming area at Härlandatjärn. 12 minutes by bus to Gothenburg C and there is a tram from Östra Sjukhuset to Liseberg/Avenyn.

The living area is brightened by natural light from large glass doors that open to the private patio. A round mirror reflects the space, complemented by a mix of greenery in potted plants. A rustic coffee table and cozy seating enhance the inviting atmosphere.

A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️

Cozy studio central

En jättemysig studio i centrala Göteborg. Perfekt för 2 personer men finns plats för 3 om en vill sova på soffa. Gammalt kök och badrum men allt är funktionellt! Kan varar bra att veta att trapporna upp är smala och branta och studion är lågt i tak i vissa områden. En 5 minuters promenad bort ligger färjan som tar dig in till stan. Finns även 2 busshållplatser 5 minuter bort som med en 10 min tur kan ta dig direkt till stan! Har ni vidare frågor är det bara att höra av sig :)
