The location close to nature provides peace and quiet, while it is only 600 m to the nearest grocery store, which is centrally located in the village!

There are nice bike paths, and hiking areas in the forest and in the nearby area. Forests with mushrooms and berries. Most of your needs such as several grocery stores (ICA, COOP and LIDL), pharmacies, liquor stores and pizzerias are within a 2 km radius. Good bus connections to the city center. About 1 km to the bus stop. Close to golf clubs. Some restaurants within a 2 km radius.

The farm includes a vineyard. Distance to Gärsnäs 3 km, with ICA shop pastry shop, ATM, train station and bus stop. Train every hour to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost 50 SEK/day

Central Lund, newly renovated open-plan loft apartment.

The flat is located in the city centre, close to the university, the Botanical Gardens, grocery stores and shops. There is no elevator. In this apartment, guests pay per bed used, we open up each bedroom based on guests' booking and specific request. Living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom are always included. Washing machine available in the apartment. There is an additional laundry room in the basement, which can be accessed via the garden on the left-hand side of the house – as seen from the garden.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and somewhat centrally-located well appointed cozy studio apartment where you also will enjoy the private outdoor patio. A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️

Cozy apartment on horse farm

Enjoy your vacation in a rural location with animals outside the window! Morning sun and grazing horses as an accessory to the morning coffee. 1.5 km to the train station with connections to Helsingborg and Malmö. Spacious parking included. The apartment is located on top of the stable so noise may occur during the night. There are animals on the farm so it is not recommended if you have a severe fur allergy. I rent out upstairs in my house in Bleket on Tjörn. The apartment has its own private entrance, two bedrooms, toilet with shower, kitchenette and balcony. Access to washing machine and dryer is available. The house is about 200-300 meters from Bleket beach, kayak rental and a sourdough bakery. Walking distance to the island Klädesholmen where you will find restaurants and the nearest grocery store.
