Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Newly refurbished penthouse apartment with very high standard. With a big enough living room to fit both a dining table and sofa this is an apartment designed for socializing. The bedroom is very cozy with an en-suite bathroom. The open fireplaces and 65" TV with Netflix built in makes this place ideal for simply chilling out and relaxing. In addition, the TV room has a custom built sofa that covers the entire floor of the room! Perfect for cuddles or nights in with friends.

Located in a calm but central location, close to parks, restaurants, a nice forest, a lovely playground, the sea/archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre and much more. Short tram trips take you to the city centre or the archipelago. The tram station and supermarket is around the corner of the house and the beautiful park Slottskogen is only 5 minutes walk from the house. Perfect for familys, travelers or just happy people. Enkel campingstuga renoverad 2020 belägen i utkanten av gårdens trädgård. Stugan har ett rum med ett enkelt kök och en våningssäng med två bäddar plus två sängplatser i bäddsoffa. Toalett med separett, enkel dusch med varmvatten som ligger ca 50 m från stugan. Toalett och dusch delas med vår andra campingstuga. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår ej i priset, men kan köpas till för 75:-/set. Städning ingår ej, men kan köpas till för 200:-.
