Large dining table, couches, full-size fridge, air conditioner, wood heater, BBQ & pool table. It is very pretty & private. Everyone who stays seems to enjoy themselves, but don’t expect a serviced town-style motel room or apartment. Bring your own pillows, sheets/quilts, or sleeping bags, & towels.

Located a short stroll from the Main Street of Mansfield Anstee historic Cottage was one of the first homes built in Mansfield circa 1885. It has been fully renovated and beautifully restored into a 2 bedroom luxury Victorian period cottage with your own entrance, veranda & front garden. Set in a english cottage garden with roses outside your bedroom windows for you to enjoy. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. 15 minutes from Mansfield this gorgeous cottage with full kitchen, comfy beds, fireplace in lounge is sure to fulfil your needs. A queen bed in the main, single beds in the second bedroom and fold out couch in the lounge can sleep up to 6 guests. Full kitchen including new oven, hot plates and fridge you can cook up a storm if you wish! Fitted with reverse cycle air conditioner you will be comfortable all year round whatever the weather.

Oak Gully in Lima South

Lima South and Oak Gully are a great place for a quiet weekend getaway. A comfortable, self-contained flat with full kitchen, living&bedroom with double bed. We are a dog friendly host (unfortunately we have decided to not host cats) We are perfectly situated between Mansfield and Benalla. Mountainbiking and bushwalking, right at the doorstep or explore the wider area. 2km from Lake Nillahcootie. 50min from the base of Mt Buller. Benalla and Winton Raceway are 25 and 30mins away.

Rustic shed house in Merrijig

When people look for a rustic getaway, they often mean 5 star wrapped in corrugated iron. This is not that. This is truly rustic - old timber from the cattleyards line the base of the walls. The bathroom basin is from Nanna's 150 year old house. The tin lining is from the roof of our shearing shed, complete with authentic rust marks. Not suitable for small children due to stairs. Cedar Retreat - Semi-detached Apartment

The house is close to the high country with beautiful views. The apartment is ideal for a small family or couple. Even though it is attached to the house it is very private. All bedding/towels etc. supplied. Guests interested in accessing Mt. Buller for the snow season, mountain biking, bush walking or just taking in the wonderful scenery will find this location ideal.
