The Poconos House is a small cozy two bedroom + loft, 1 bathroom chalet style house in the Poconos Mountains inside Arrowhead Lake Community. Rustic and quaint, yet with modern touches, The House is cool during the summer and cozy during the winter, and a great base for Poconos exploration. We renovated the interior and are excited to share our home! Please be respectful of our happy place that we worked hard on. The house is a short walking distance to the indoor pool (open Labor Day to Memorial Day), and just a street away from a beautiful state park with over 2000 acres to explore with trails and a sandy beach 250 acre lake. The outdoor pool, beaches, tennis courts and more are open Memorial Day to Labor Day. 3 Ski slopes are less than 30 minutes away.

Gouldsboro is the highest point in the Pocono Mountains, and each season offers its own breathtaking beauty! We provide kayaks and a canoe for you to explore the serene waters of the lake. While enjoying the Jacuzzi overlooking the lake, you may encounter eagles, beavers, otters, deer, and even the occasional black bear. Hillsaps Lakefront Cottage is truly a magical retreat.
