Cette vieille dame a fait l'objet de trois ans de travaux pour retrouver toutes ses lettres de noblesse, tout l'enjeu était de conserver les éléments d'époque et le cachet unique qui lui confère. In an old palace with a delicate old-fashioned charm, located at the heart of the thermal and shopping district, a bright apartment renovated in 2021 by a decorator. It offers a splendid view of the roofs of the city, the living room is cosy and warm, the kitchen is fully equipped, bedrooms offer storage spaces, Wifi (fiber), safety deposit box, games, household linen... Everything is designed to make you spend the most pleasant stay. Please note: Not suitable for children under six years old.

In Châteauneuf-Les-Bains on the banks of the Sioule, one of the cleanest rivers in France, is our Gite de Grands Rochers. Nature plays the leading role in this unforgettable accommodation. Here is peace and space with a beautiful view over the river. The cottage is 32 m2, spread over two floors. Downstairs, the kitchen with dining area and a seating area with comfortable chairs and TV, French doors to a lovely terrace with stone BBQ. Upstairs is the bedroom and bathroom with toilet.

Within a 40 km radius you can go to Vulcania, Puy de Lemptégy, Volvic springs, the stone house, Puy de Dôme and its Mercury temple. Walks in the Sioule Gorges with its history and heritage... etc. All outdoor activities: hiking, biking, motorbiking, swimming, canoeing, climbing...

Typical Auvergne bread oven with breakfast

You will be staying at the "Clos des Murets", a former independent bread oven completely renovated in 2020, part of a 2500 m2 property. It includes a main room serving as a living room equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm bed) and a second bedroom (160 cm bed), a travertine bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. A spiral staircase will take you to the large bedroom with exposed stone. Breakfasts can be taken on the terrace.

Delta Cottage of 60m² with terrace and Private Spa

The Delta benefits from a kitchen open to a large living/dining room with pellet stove. On the ground floor is also a first bedroom with double bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a laundry room. Upstairs is the mezzanine bedroom with bathtub and double bed. Take advantage of the hammock to relax and access the 2 unusual beds. Access to the chalet is through a 35 m² terrace with private HOT TUB and outdoor furniture.
