Η στάση του λεωφορείου Ν.7 απέχει 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια με συχνά δρομολόγια προς Ηράκλειο –Ρέθυμνο –Χανία και προς Χερσόνησο –Μάλια-Άγιο Νικόλαο –Σητεία. Επίσης τα δρομολόγια των λεωφορείων περνάνε και υπάρχει στάση έξω απ το αεροδρόμιο Ηρακλείου Νίκου Καζαντζάκη. Το Κοκκίνη Χάνι απέχει μόλις 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο και είναι ένα τέλειο θέρετρο για οικογένειες και ζευγάρια όλων των ηλικιών με τα εστιατόρια, τις καφετέριες, τα μπαρ, τα καταστήματα και τα σούπερ μάρκετ, φαρμακεία και ΑΤΜ για τραπεζικές συναλλαγές.
