At the border between Leeuwarden and the village of Goutum, the accommodation is located in our spacious backyard with plenty of privacy. The cycling distance (2 bikes and tandem available) to the center of the city is less than 10 minutes. On the west side, a terrace of about 16 m2 is equipped with furniture where you can enjoy the last rays of the sun until late evening. The location is located on open water, you can fish and swim in summer and use the canoe and an electric rental sloop.

Equipped with a private terrace with pleasant garden furniture where you can sit comfortably. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and is equipped with a cozy dining area. Located in a nice neighborhood of Leeuwarden, by car only 5 minutes from the city center, by bike 8 minutes. The FEC, the event hall, is a 15-minute walk away

Sluyterman Apartment

Between Leeuwarden, Sneek, Franeker and Bolsward lies our quiet village in the Frisian countryside in "De Greidhoeke". The apartment is located in our house from 1856 with beautiful high ceilings, a private entrance and free parking in front of the door. The apartment is on the ground floor, fully equipped with underfloor heating and a fully equipped kitchen. In the bathroom, there is also a washing machine, including detergent, for the small laundry.

Sleeping with the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

Waking up overlooking the dining room of a herd of horses living in freedom, 2 pigs making their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by. Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no WiFi and no TV. There is a large table to play games together and a lovely sofa to drink a glass of wine together. From high voltage to relaxation!

This former transformer house has been around the beautiful Frisian village of Wirdum for over 100 years. It has been converted into a beautiful trekking cabin with great care and attention. You could also call it a tiny house, because despite the small space, it is equipped with almost every comfort. In the village you will find a cafe/restaurant and a small supermarket with bread from the hot bakery.

Hidden place near the center of Leeuwarden

Hidden in the Leeuwarden district of Huizum, lies the former kindergarten "Boartlik Begjin". At the end of the Ludolf Bakhuizenstraat, lies this special quiet place, within walking distance of the city center and the train station. A nice base to go into the city, shop or visit one of the museums. And also to discover the rest of Friesland. The room is also suitable as a home office (WiFi available).
