Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

A large terrace with fire pit/bbq overlooks the pond where you can take a boat ride. 45 minutes from the landing beaches.

If you like the charm of the old, this place is for you. 100 m from the Abbaye aux Dames, in a small quiet street, the city centre is less than 10 minutes' walk away: Vaugueux district, port, castle... Parking is free in the district. We live next door and can easily help you if needed.
