Great apartment, clean, very convenient and quiet location close to transport links. Flavio was a great host and incredibly responsive and friendly. It was a perfect base for our holiday!

We had a spectacular stay. We could walk everywhere or take the tram. We came for the tulip festival and fell in love with Amsterdam. If you want to be in the centre of it all this is the place to be. The beds were comfortable. Beautiful view of the canal. Great local restaurants and bars. Shopping close by. Everything you could possibly need. We have so much more we could say about the accommodation, the location and the hosts. If it is available grab it Now you won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful house on the water near Amsterdam. 2 minutes walk from the shops and the metro. You can be at Amsterdam central in 10 minutes by subway. You can park the car for free at the property. We had very nice weather, so could also enjoy the garden and the children loved the paddle boarding on the water. Jackie is easy to reach and helps you where needed. We would have liked to stay here longer!

What can I say! What an amazing experience. We had everything we needed, and the hospitality from Wendie was incredible. The location is walking distance to everything you want to see, and we were very comfortable. Staying at Wendies place made our time in Amsterdam so much more enjoyable, it felt like home. Would highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Richard’s place! The location is absolutely fantastic, with public transportation just steps away, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. The apartment itself was perfect for two people—comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Richard was a great host, ensuring a smooth check-in and providing helpful recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay. Loved the apartment and the hosts were lovely too. We stayed at Mik and Isabelle’s for 13 nights as our home base to explore Amsterdam and surrounding towns. Close to the tram stop and a grocery store. I would highly recommend this Air BnB!

Maruis was very helpful a number of times. I had a fall and he cleaned my wound and bandaged me up.He gave us directions on how to go places, where to eat and helped with luggage when using the Uber . He was very friendly and nice to talk to and it was very nice to have him right there on site.

One of the best experiences you've ever had. Room impeccable in terms of cleanliness and decor, but above all a attention to detail beyond all expectations. When we arrived, we found candy and sparkling wine to welcome us. We didn't really expect it. Kristel also allowed us to leave our luggage both before check-in and after checkout in order to get around the city in comfort. In addition, the tram stop is just a few steps from the front door and is absolutely another plus. I recommend this place to anyone coming to Amsterdam and surely if I had to come back I would have no doubt about which place to choose!

Nothing to say, everything is clean and well thought out. Parking space is a real added value. Only small problem, a little high price

What a great stay! Janmartin and Jacco made us feel welcomed and right at home. They communicated quickly, clearly, and efficiently. They provided a book of local things to do and see, including restaurants. Everything was ready when we arrived, the apartment was clean, and if we needed anything (like extra towels or information ), they responded. After exploring the Netherlands each day, we loved coming back in the evening to such a beautiful peaceful place to wind down and sleep in the comforting bed. Sunsets over the water around the block were stunning. Plenty of hot water for showers. The two of us highly recommend this Airbnb

Jolanda is very friendly! It was a really nice stay. Everything is small, but was absolutely sufficient for the almost four days. The beach and everything else is super easy to walk to.

the location was super nice. Wonderfully quiet, nice outdoor seating, walking nearby and close to a forest. Close to the city center of Haarlem and close to the beach. Bikes could be used when needed. Bed was nice, shower was lovely. Nice that you could also cook there yourself and that there was already coffee available! Really a top overnight stay and recommended!

Very nice host, and amsterdam is easy to reach by train. The place was very clean and cozy.

Normally, there's still a difference between photos, description, and the final experience. But not here. What you see is what you get…and that's more than fine! Studio and location are great. The peace, nature but you are also in Haarlem or on the beach in no time. Also the host attentive and friendly!

Excellent stay in zandvoort with Sarah and Johan. Everything is close: downtown, beach. Amsterdam very easily accessible, Keukenhof too. Sarah and Johan are very friendly, attentive hosts. The rental is as described and very clean. I would highly recommend it We'll definitely be back next time.

The apartment is just amazing! Tastefully decorated, with a lot of love for detail, and you feel comfortable from the first moment. Everything we needed was there, the amenities left nothing to be desired. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy – we will be happy to come back!

Probably my best stay in Amsterdam ever! The neighborhood is perfectly located a couple blocks from the Rijksmuseum, but it is super quiet, so you get the best of both worlds. Comfy bed, super clean, and very light and airy feeling. The hosts provided crystal clear instructions to get inside, plus lots of great recommendations for restaurants and things to do... even some atlas-obscura-like secret spots that were REALLY cool! :D. Thank you!

A comfortable house - small but with everything you need and in a great location. Amsterdam and other beautiful places are easily accessible by train and Weesp is a lovely little town well worth spending time in.

It's quiet, beautiful, has good restaurants nearby, and is within a 10-minute walk of a bus stop and within half an hour of the center of Amsterdam. If you are traveling to Amsterdam, this would be a good choice.

Pieter was the Best host! The flat is in the perfect location. Very central and a very nice area, near all the things you would want to see. And also located so that it is a easy walk to get to the tourist spots and to most of the places you would want to go. Pieter is also so so helpful went out of his way to get me an Iron and helped with find bikes. I would highly recommend renting bikes. It's the perfect way to get around town so easy and everyone cycles everywhere.

Location location location! This place is just a SINGLE block away from the main tourist spot in Amsterdam with the best fries, stroopwafels, Tony's Chocolonely, PANCAKES Amsterdam, souvenir shops, Henri Willig Cheese, Amsterdam Centraal, and lots of fashion shops, as well as being less than 10 minutes walk from Jordaan and the Anne Frank House. Many walking tours also start at the nearby monument also less than 10 minutes walk. Absolutely perfect location, loved it!

We had a wonderful time during our stay! The space was perfect for our group of 4 adults—comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, and everything about the property was exactly as described. The host was also very accommodating and responsive.
