Great apartment, clean, very convenient and quiet location close to transport links. Flavio was a great host and incredibly responsive and friendly. It was a perfect base for our holiday!

We had a spectacular stay. We could walk everywhere or take the tram. We came for the tulip festival and fell in love with Amsterdam. If you want to be in the centre of it all this is the place to be. The beds were comfortable. Beautiful view of the canal. Great local restaurants and bars. Shopping close by. Everything you could possibly need. We have so much more we could say about the accommodation, the location and the hosts. If it is available grab it Now you won’t be disappointed!

Il delizioso monolocale si trova proprio su un fiume in una zona periferica di Amsterdam ma ottimamante collegata alla stazione centrale ttramite il tram n. 26. C'è anche un giardino molto carino dove rilassarsi ricco di verde La Host Jackie disponibilissima su tutto. Tenuto conto che dormire ad Amsterdam costa un occhio della testa, questa soluzione mi è sembrata un pochino meno cara. nei dintorni (2 min a piedi) ci sono ristoranti, take away e supermercati

What can I say! What an amazing experience. We had everything we needed, and the hospitality from Wendie was incredible. The location is walking distance to everything you want to see, and we were very comfortable. Staying at Wendies place made our time in Amsterdam so much more enjoyable, it felt like home. Would highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Richard’s place! The location is absolutely fantastic, with public transportation just steps away, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. The apartment itself was perfect for two people—comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Richard was a great host, ensuring a smooth check-in and providing helpful recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay. Loved the apartment and the hosts were lovely too. We stayed at Mik and Isabelle’s for 13 nights as our home base to explore Amsterdam and surrounding towns. Close to the tram stop and a grocery store. I would highly recommend this Air BnB!

Maruis was very helpful a number of times. I had a fall and he cleaned my wound and bandaged me up.He gave us directions on how to go places, where to eat and helped with luggage when using the Uber . He was very friendly and nice to talk to and it was very nice to have him right there on site.

Una delle esperienze in qualità di alloggio migliore mai avuta. Camera impeccabile in termini di pulizia e di arredamento, ma soprattutto una cura dei dettagli oltre ogni aspettativa. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato ad accoglierci caramelle e spumante. Non ce lo aspettavamo davvero. Kristel inoltre ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli sia prima del check in che dopo il check out per poter girare la città in comodità. Inoltre la fermata del tram è a pochissimi passi dalla porta di casa ed è assolutamente un altro punto a favore. Consiglio a chiunque venga ad Amsterdam questo alloggio e sicuramente semmai dovessi tornare non avrei dubbi su quale alloggio scegliere!

Rien à dire, tout est propre et bien pensé. La place de parking est une vraie plus-value. Seul petit problème, un prix un petit peu élevé

What a great stay! Janmartin and Jacco made us feel welcomed and right at home. They communicated quickly, clearly, and efficiently. They provided a book of local things to do and see, including restaurants. Everything was ready when we arrived, the apartment was clean, and if we needed anything (like extra towels or information ), they responded. After exploring the Netherlands each day, we loved coming back in the evening to such a beautiful peaceful place to wind down and sleep in the comforting bed. Sunsets over the water around the block were stunning. Plenty of hot water for showers. The two of us highly recommend this Airbnb

Jolanda ist sehr freundlich! Es war ein wirklich schönerAufenthalt. Alles ist klein, aber war für die knapp vier Tage absolut ausreichend. Der Strand und alles weitere ist super gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

de locatie was super fijn. Heerlijk rustig, fijn buiten zitten, wandeling maken in de buurt en vlakbij een bos. Dichtbij centrum Haarlem en dichtbij strand. Fietsen konden gebruikt worden wanneer nodig. Bed lag fijn, douche was heerlijk. Prettig dat je er ook zelf kon koken en dat er koffie al aanwezig was! Echt een top overnachting en een aanrader!

Very nice host, and amsterdam is easy to reach by train. The place was very clean and cozy.

Normaal is er nog wel een verschil tussen foto’s, beschrijving en de uiteindelijke ervaring. Maar hier niet. What you see is what you get….en dat is meer dan prima! Studio en locatie zijn geweldig. De rust, natuur maar je bent ook zo in Haarlem of aan het strand. Ook de host attent en vriendelijk!

Excellent séjour à zandvoort chez Sarah et Johan. Tout est à proximité : centre-ville, plage. Amsterdam très facilement accessible, Keukenhof aussi. Sarah et Johan sont des hôtes très sympathiques, à l'écoute. La location correspond parfaitement à la description et est très propre. Je recommande vivement. Nous reviendrons sûrement une prochaine fois.

La suite est vraiment très belle. Nous avons était accueilli avec de la musique en fond. Il y a une très belle décoration. Beaucoup de serviettes, affaires à disposition. On ne manque vraiment de rien. Nous avons eu aussi eu des petits gâteaux hollandais délicieux. Je recommande à 100% cette suite.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Dione Apartment! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Besonders gefallen hat mir die ruhige Lage in Kombination mit der guten Erreichbarkeit aller wichtigen Orte. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann das Dione Apartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Probably my best stay in Amsterdam ever! The neighborhood is perfectly located a couple blocks from the Rijksmuseum, but it is super quiet, so you get the best of both worlds. Comfy bed, super clean, and very light and airy feeling. The hosts provided crystal clear instructions to get inside, plus lots of great recommendations for restaurants and things to do... even some atlas-obscura-like secret spots that were REALLY cool! :D. Thank you!

A comfortable house - small but with everything you need and in a great location. Amsterdam and other beautiful places are easily accessible by train and Weesp is a lovely little town well worth spending time in.

It's quiet, beautiful, has good restaurants nearby, and is within a 10-minute walk of a bus stop and within half an hour of the center of Amsterdam. If you are traveling to Amsterdam, this would be a good choice.

Pieter was the Best host! The flat is in the perfect location. Very central and a very nice area, near all the things you would want to see. And also located so that it is a easy walk to get to the tourist spots and to most of the places you would want to go. Pieter is also so so helpful went out of his way to get me an Iron and helped with find bikes. I would highly recommend renting bikes. It's the perfect way to get around town so easy and everyone cycles everywhere.

Location location location! This place is just a SINGLE block away from the main tourist spot in Amsterdam with the best fries, stroopwafels, Tony's Chocolonely, PANCAKES Amsterdam, souvenir shops, Henri Willig Cheese, Amsterdam Centraal, and lots of fashion shops, as well as being less than 10 minutes walk from Jordaan and the Anne Frank House. Many walking tours also start at the nearby monument also less than 10 minutes walk. Absolutely perfect location, loved it!

We had a wonderful time during our stay! The space was perfect for our group of 4 adults—comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, and everything about the property was exactly as described. The host was also very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!
