Single-storey accommodation measuring 35 m² with an outdoor area. You will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a sofa bed and a folding bed, a walk-in shower, a double washbasin, a washing machine, a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. You can enjoy an outdoor area with a private swimming pool.

Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

Welcome to the "Jardin des Oliviers", a haven of peace 10 minutes from Montpellier and 20 minutes from the sea. Your self-catering home is at the end of the house ( inhabited by the owners), on one level, in a 2 hectare park. It includes kitchen, private terrace, garden furniture, 1 bedroom and a living room, which serves as a bedroom (see map). Each room has a private bathroom and toilet. The swimming pool (6x12m), not private is accessible 5 hours per day (to be defined).

You'll love my place because of the location, the views, the nature. Living space inside and out. Located in the garrigue of Combaillaux, 72 m² house, totally independent with a bedroom with two beds, and another bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen open to a large living room, a bathroom with toilet, plus a separate toilet with sink. Pic St Loup, St Guilhem le Désert, Grotte des Demoiselles, Grotte de Clamouse, Lac du Salagou, Cirque de Mourèze, canoeing, kayaking...

Between sea, vineyards and scrubland, 10 minutes from Montpellier, rent old small stone barn completely restored in the medieval village of Murviel-lès-Montpellier. Accommodation for 2 people. - dining room with equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave/oven, dishes, Senseo coffee machine, ...) - bedroom with 140*190 bed, TV, wardrobe, armchair - bathroom with vanity, shower, toilet, storage. Towels and bed sheets are provided. The pool is a shared space with our family.

A bright bedroom is furnished with a spacious bed covered in a floral patterned blanket. Red accent chairs are positioned beside a small table, and a TV is mounted on the wall. Natural light streams through the window, illuminating the cozy space.

Tram 3 min walk, 15 min from St Roch train station and Place de la Comédie, its strong point is its very privileged location, with direct access to shops, market, and city center, while enjoying century-old trees, preserved wildlife, and the soothing 3300 m2 park.

Independent cottage

Small house freshly renovated in a quiet and green environment, close to the historic center. You can enjoy a pleasant small shaded garden not overlooked with its terrace. Free parking and available in front of the house. Tram 2 to 400 m 30 min to the Comédie on foot or 15 min by tram, 15 minutes to the beach by car. Parties are strictly prohibited out of respect for the neighborhood and because we live next door.
