As a small swimming lake halfway between the district city of Feldkirchen and the rural market community Weitensfeld, it is located far from tourist centers in a protected landscape area. The mountain cottage comprises about 59 m² of living space, has 2 bedrooms, 1 living and dining room with kitchen, as well as 2 bathrooms and a terrace of about 13 m². It is located at about 1000 m above sea level.

A separate side entrance leads you directly into your private domain, where you can enjoy peace, comfort and relaxation in the midst of nature. Right next to the apartment, an idyllic forest begins, inviting you to take relaxing walks and enjoy a little break. The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
