A mix of construction trailer and tiny house, huge garden, in the middle of the village... 100 m to the lake... and in no time in Berlin. I build everything here myself... so everything is made with love... but every now and then something crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself. If guests are there, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the go... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are at the door... for city trips I can offer professional dog care... (had a dog boarding house before).

In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

You live with water access to Pätzer Vordersee: on the ground floor in the Haus am See. The train (train station 900 m) runs every hour to Berlin or the Spreewald. The open kitchen-living room leads to two separate bedrooms. A terrace invites you to have breakfast or relax. A Canadian and a rowing boat can be borrowed.
