The apartment is located on the second floor, has 52 square meters. It has two bedrooms and one bathroom, a kitchen(fully maintained), a hallway, and a living room. It has internet access and two televisions. Smoking is allowed. The apartment is located 1 minute from the city center where you can find various restaurants, shops and everything you need.

Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily. In front of the cottage there is a small lake full of life and a large olive grove. Behind the cottage grows a small pine forest. Guests have at their disposal 2000 m2 of garden. The cottage is located outside the village, about 1km from the sea (2 min. by car). The market is about 1.5 km away. The city of Krk and Malinska 14 km, ferry port Valbiska 6.3 km.
