Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Grad Kaštela

This AirBnb is the amazing. The location is great and close to both Split and Trogir. The view is outstanding and was perfect for our girls trip. You definitely want a car if you're staying here and is a little tricky to find, but once you're there, you'll love the peaceful location, stunning view and well equipped spot. The pool and outdoor spaces are great for days when you just want to relax and unwind. The upper level bedrooms and balcony were an added bonus with each having its own bathroom and privacy. We truly loved Gordon's place and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a central location that you can explore Croatia from, while being submersed in the mountains overlooking the Adriatic Sea. You will not be disappointed.

The apartment that Goran offers is very spacious and comfortable. It looks like the photos. The apartment was very clean and quiet. The air conditioning worked well. The kitchen was very well equipped, there is a drip coffee maker. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. The beach is about a 15-20 minute walk, the nearest shop and bus stop about 10-13 minutes. Close to the airport. Very large terrace from which you can see planes taking off and landing. Near a high speed road, but with the windows closed it is very quiet. From the terrace you can see Split and Trogir and a garden with lemon trees and figs. There is a turtle in the garden in the evening:) We had a really nice time in this place.

Great apartment and beautiful private olive tree garden giving plenty of shade around the pool and jacuzzi. Nice big table on the veranda to sit for lunch/dinner out of the sun. It’s just a 5 minute walk to the local supermarket and bakery, then another few minutes further to get down to the sea. Small beaches but places to get drinks, ice cream and a few restaurants on the way. We only discover Kaštel Stari & Kaštel Novi on our last evening, but they are definitely worth a visit for an evening stroll with more atmosphere and lots of restaurants along the seafront. It’s just 7€ in an Uber to get there if too far to walk. We found Ubers were best way of getting about if you don’t have a car, but there’s also a bus stop at end of the road & train station in other direction. We had a lovely holiday & Croatia is stunning! Definitely visit Trogir (mini version of Split) and other islands

A professionally run listing, with a fantastic personal touch. A peaceful location with plenty of outdoor space and well maintained pool. Internally well designed with very extensively equipped kitchen. Mario very responsive to all our questions and he went above and beyond with advice about local medical facilities when needed for our daughter. And an extra shout out his mum who helped us enormously also. Everything was clean and comfortable, short drive to local beaches for great swimming, and plenty of supermarkets within the vicinity. Thank you Mario and family.

It was one of the best vacation we has as a family, no issues with House or Jure, he was very Nice and a gentleman through out the stay

Dragica is a very kind lady said we could stay after check out time if necessary, went out of her way to meet us when we got lost, and gave us good advice about location.

House was perfect for 10 lots of room, pool and outside BBQ room was great we had an excellent stay and would happily stay again

Our family spent eight days here with three boys between 15 and 20, and we all loved this place. Everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived, the pool was a big hit, the unexpected pull up bar was used a lot, and the large patio was a blessing during the hot days, especially with the outdoor kitchen with Croatian barbeque. Airconditioning in all bedrooms. Also, having three separate bathrooms with showers and toilets was very welcome. A car is highly recommended due to the location of the house, hidden in the hills north of the airport. It's located about 10 minutes drive from the car rental at Split airport, and on the way to the house you pass a reasonably big supermarket for your groceries. Trogir is a nice small town to visit, and only a 15 minute drive away.

We had a fantastic week at Zlatko's place. The place is very clean and tidy. Anything you need is present, there was even a bottle of wine in the fridge. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet. From the 2nd floor we had a nice view over the sea and split. There are a few nice restaurants nearby. The bakery and supermarket are in walking distance. Also, the bus from Trogir to Split is just 10 minutes walking distance, so ideal!

It was great! Highly recommend ! We would definitely come back!

Nothing but compliments: very welcoming host who was able to recommend extraordinary places that we would not have discovered. She had many touches for us during the stay (juice and sodas in the fridge on arrival, a sumptuous meal and not to mention a small departure gift). The apartment is conveniently located to discover Split, Trogir and is within reasonable distance of Plitvice Lakes and Krka Waterfalls. It is in excellent condition, the bedding is ultra comfortable and the 2 terraces are nice for breakfast and meals. Beach + restaurants + supermarkets nearby. Note that the apartment is close to the airport which means that the planes pass over the apartment but there are not many and inside the noise is very light. A huge thank you to Josipa and her husband for this great stay.

We immediately felt at home! The reception was very warm and a really nice welcome greeting was ready. Absolutely recommended to come here! Very dear, warm landlords and the accommodation absolutely corresponds to the pictures, was very clean and very well appointed. We will definitely be back!

The house was clean. Nelsi and her husband are welcoming, friendly people. We spent 5 nights in their house and the experience is extremely positive. We could disturb them with any question, they were happy to help. I recommend them and their house.

Paula was super friendly! We were unaware of the bank holiday on our first day, she helped us out with breakfast items. Our kids accidentally pressed the wrong jacuzzi button. It was fixed almost immediately. Beds were made so nicely on our late arrival, looking very comfy. We stayed 4 days, the area was really nice! with the easy bus rides to trogir and split we could have easily stayed longer. The bakery, the beach and jacuzzi are a great start and end of the day after venturing out. We loved it! Highly recommend!

Tomislav is a very kind host, always replying within a few minutes. The place was awesome, recommended to be near the beach and the airport a little far from the city. Host was very helpful and kind, I would come back again.

The villa itself is stunning, with top-notch amenities and a wonderful pool that made our stay even more special. Everything was perfectly clean and well thought out. The villa is beautiful! From the location to the furnishings, there is nothing to complain about! Close to Split, and yet so quiet! Unfortunately, we were only here one night, as I arrived from Germany on business, but it was a dream! The host Mario saved us at the last second and gave us a place to sleep! The rooftop terrace with the hot tub blew us away just like everything else. We'll be back next time! Thanks!

Absolutely perfect house for a family holiday! Very kids friendly while having lots of areas for rest and play for adults too. Its not too far from from the supermarket and split is 20 mins on the taxi. We had the best time!

Milivoj's home was perfect for our family of 11. We were able to be together but maintain our separate spaces. The apartments are beautifully appointed and have great air conditioning. We enjoyed the pool and the wonderful outdoor spaces, including the gorgeous cooking area. Milivoj went above and beyond to make ouour stay enjoyable! He even brought over toys for the children. He gave us fantastic local recommendations and even helped us plot out stops along our way to our next destination, which was so helpful! I highly recommend this amazing home and host!

Booked the villa for my friend’s hen do, such a beautiful villa, so spacious and lovely and clean. 20 mins from Split and 5 mins from Lidl supermarket. Zvonimir was a great host, quick responses the whole time we were there. I would highly recommend and I would 100% book again.

I highly recommend the place and the host, the stay without any problems, accommodation and instant check-out without unnecessary bureaucracy, the place is well-maintained, the neighborhood is very quiet and quiet, a secluded place for a full rest, a fully equipped house with many bathrooms and two kitchens, which peacefully satisfies the stay of 12 people, in my opinion, more people would fit there and still would be comfortable. I highly recommend it for families with children or a group of friends with children. The villa is located in a place where you can easily and quickly take a trip by car, and you can easily and safely park your cars in the accommodation space. A great place for people looking for serenity and at the same time enjoying day trips. I recommend 100%. In my opinion, the high standard of accommodation.
