Beachfront holiday rentals in Grad Mali Lošinj

Very nice and helpful hosts, beautiful calm bay, lot of nature, with rich flora and fauna. Its an ideal place for people that want to appreciate the pictoresque pogana bay area with its romantic vibe. you will have bad reception but this was welcomed in our case.

Came very early in the morning with the first boat. We were welcomed by Mrs Ðina and escorted to the Villa. It is an easy 7min walk from the dock. Villa is located in a quiet little street, 3min from the village centre. You get to the front wooden door, open it and you are welcomed by a beautifull spatious yard/garden with flowering Oleander, Kalistemon, rosemary, a big wooden table, chairs and to the joy of us men in the group - a brick barbecue. Villa itself has everything that you need, the beds are very comfortable, you've got mosquito nets which is a must have, kitchen is well equiped, we lacked nothing. Communication with Mr Ivan was spot on. Mrs Ðina is also there to help you if you need anything. The beach was 5min walking distance and perfect for children, with hip deep water for 100m and a gem of a local bar nearby. Take the kayak from the villa and go for a trip arround the island, you wont regret it. In the end we left with a smile and kids asking us to come again.

Very hospitable host, gave us great tips for the area. Furniture and equipment of the bathrooms to the highest standard. We felt very comfortable. Child-friendly. Right on the beautiful harbor promenade. All appliances incl. washing machine worked well. The son welcomed us and showed the apartment, lives on the upper floor of the house. Croatian channels can be received in the TV, available via SmartTV apps such as Netflix and TV apps. Have rented for 7 Eur per day a parking space from the landlord 100 m away on the promenade.

We had a great time in Sandra's APP and she is very friendly and everything went fine. She surprised us with a little gift when we left. Highly recommend location. Comming back for sure.

We were there for 12 days at the end of September / beginning of October, so in the low season. All around the last holiday guests left, parking at the house was no problem (it says that would be different in the high season), it was completely quiet and late summer beautiful. The apartment is very well equipped, it has, among other things, a very large fridge/freezer. We spent a lot of time on the small terrace in front. It has charm, is mostly protected from the wind and offers a beautiful view between olive tree and juniper to the sea. The only small disadvantage of the location may be that the northeast facing apartment never gets the sun directly at least at this time of day. You can jump directly below the house into the sea (rocks, best to bring bathing shoes!) and swim very nicely across the long bay to the opposite shore (15-20 min away/back). Nicola and his wife Ivana live nearby and looked after us very nicely, both are super helpful.

Cozy, very well-equipped apartment. The location is optimal (directly on Beach). Everything else is also within walking distance. Lidija welcomed us very warmly and was always available.

Sonja is a kind and helpful person. The apartment for four people is comfortable and clean. The house is near the sea and near the center of Nerezine. The center is small, but equipped with several shops and places to buy fruit, vegetables, fish and meat at a good price. In addition to being equipped with a supermarket and a bakery near Sonja's house. My family and I spent an unforgettable week...

We had a wonderfully secluded week in Igor's house for seven of us... the path with the jeep is an adventure...the bay a dream..as well as the sunsets on the terrace..in the kitchen nothing was missing we always had warm solar water. An unforgettable week!

Great place in a quiet location. Pool always very clean. Air conditioning worked great. Were traveling with a dog, it worked out great, we were able to let him run free in the garden. Very clean, quietly located, only a short walk to the sea, perfect. Accommodation very spacious, I can definitely recommend it. Restaurants and city center within walking distance. Great host!!!

A beautiful setting and a beautiful stay. We felt right at home and would go back in a heartbeat. Nice apartment and nice balcony with fantastic views. A quiet neighborhood where you can completely relax. Nice swimming pool and good sun loungers! We were warmly welcomed by the host and happily recommend this location to others.

I can recommand Dragans place, as he is a great host, the place with pool is really nice and there is so much do do and explore in this area! I will come again!

The house and surroundings are perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation. Except for birds, you don't hear much there. The most beautiful is the evening sun, which sits over the property and gives it a magic. Kitchen is in the covered outdoor area, with a large grill. We had everything from a quiet shooting star night to the pool party and enjoyed every minute. For the drive to the quiet beach (not 5min) we got a car as the road is a bit bumpy. Had the 10 days at your disposal. But we thought it was fun, rounded off the vacation. For people who are afraid of insects, it may be nothing, we have discovered something new every day:) But everything is harmless. Will miss the evening view of the sea!

It was a very enjoyable and simple stay

We were more than satisfied. The privacy was exactly as we imagined it. After a small problem, the landlord was there so quickly. We lacked nothing. The sunrises at the top seat were intoxicating. It was all in all a beautiful stay that we will never forget. The house ,the surroundings ,just everything.

This place has best terrace and the calm marina where you can refresh yourself anytime. Lovely small beach is just 3 mins walk and is not crowded at all. We loved this place!

Giulia was an exceptional host. She welcomed us on our arrival with a lot of useful information to fully enjoy the vacation. The location of the house is remarkable: an enchanted bay with a fabulous sea attached to the house. A positive note is the proximity of a bar and a restaurant where you eat very well and the staff is very kind and courteous. Giulia and her husband were overall perfect guests. Super satisfied

Lionelo is a very friendly host who was always available and provided us with good recommendations for the area. The apartment is very well equipped and tastefully decorated - we didn't miss anything. From the spacious and private terrace you have a wonderful view over the sea and spectacular sunsets. We enjoyed the time in Lionelo's apartment very much.

A great apartment, very cozy, tip-top clean, extensively equipped, nothing is missing, a beautiful terrace with fantastic views, a beautiful garden, very nice and attentive care by Hania and Miljen, complete relaxation by the nearby small almost private beach for swimming and beautiful hiking opportunities in the area, good supply by the small organic farm at the airport and the small shop in Artatore, Definitely in need of recreation, we are looking forward to the next stay. Thank you dear Hania and dear Miljen for the beautiful, relaxing and varied holidays in this great apartment.

Neat and functional apartment in a great, quiet location a few meters from the sea. The kitchen, although small, is very functional and well-equipped. The bed is comfortable. The best part is the terrace with a beautiful view. Parking and a barbecue in the backyard are an added bonus :) Owner Marko is extremely accommodating and friendly and allowed us to check out late from the apartment. I'm sure we'll come back.
