Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Grad Mali Lošinj

We had a wonderfull stay in the beautifull house of Daniella.

A perfect tiny housse really close to the beaches, with nice garden and terrace. Perfect to spend a calm week and visit the south of the island (with a car).

Nice outside area, including shower. Lots of space inside. Only the electricity installation is outdated. Multiple times the electricity broke down during cooking. Also the warm water boiler had to be repaired during our stay but the owner reacted very quickly. Very close to the port and the supermarket. We were able to park our car free of charge in a street close to the apartment.

Dubravka is a wonderful host. Very responsive, friendly and very helpful from first contact. She is very thoughtful, we were greeted by a chilled drink upon arrival, a huge fresh bouquet of flowers and brewed coffee. She also made a great cake and we are really grateful for every attention. The apartment is just like the pictures, very clean, bright, spacious, and airy. It's fully equipped, we didn't miss anything. We truly highly recommend the stay, we will definitely be back too.

The house is very quiet and is surrounded by a beautiful garden, there are no neighbors in sight. We felt very comfortable in the house and were able to relax and cook well. From one of the bedrooms you can even see the sea. We had bicycles with us, so the way to the car (and luggage) through the small streets was quick and the transport of things was straightforward. You can also quickly cycle to the picturesque bay of Rovenska or to the small supermarket for shopping. Communication with our hosts was straightforward and accommodating, we were personally picked up in Veli Losijn and guided to the parking lot and then to the house. We already knew the island and were happy to rent this beautiful place, we will be happy to come back!

Damagoj was in contact with us when we needed. Good host. The house was smaller, there were four of us, perfect for a vacation. The amenities of the house and the annex met all our requirements. The garden around the house is large, private. Great barbecue area. The sea behind the fence. Pier just for us. We drove a lot of beach, nearby cities. Great vacation. The price of accommodation includes privacy, peace, private entrance to the sea by the house, private outdoor shower in the garden... Everything in Croatia is unavailable or paid in many places.

We (2 adults, 2 children 11/9, 1 dog) were very happy with the place. If you are looking for the peace and solitude, it is wonderful here. The proximity to the sea (which almost only belongs to us except for a few bathers who arrived by boat) is wonderful, you can sit by the sea in the morning with a cup of coffee and enjoy the tranquility. Only since there is no air conditioning and it has been very hot, at least fans would have been nice, so the nights were very hot. We would come back right away, were also in Mali and Veli Losinj to eat, the fish market and then directly to the barbecue. All in all it was a great holiday and certainly not the last time on Mali Losinj

The host personally greeted us and explained everything. We were delighted with the prepared snacks. Breakfasts in the garden full of birds were great. The center, the sea, and hiking trails are just a few steps away. We can recommend a nice place to stay in a quiet place!

We had a very nice week at Giulia's. Very friendly host. The place was spotless. We were able to park our car in its private square. Large terrace very pleasant, city center easily accessible on foot. Thanks for everything Giulia!

Great location to explore nearby nature, freshly renovated appartment with parking space and Vesna is a great host!

The apartment is very nice, brand new, comfortable for 5 people and equipped with every comfort. Very well equipped, excellent equipment with dishes and cooking equipment. I appreciated the outdoor space with sun loungers, shower and table for eating... a few meters away the reserved parking that is important in a village like Lussino Piccolo. Just cross the street and a path takes you to the luxurious Cikat Bay, or in 5 minutes you're downtown. I highly recommend it to those who don't have a tight budget.

Just steps from lovely harbor! We swam each day near ValiZal beach which was a 2 minute drive from our free parking lot. How friendly everyone was, including host and her family

We had a really nice time ! Beach is 3 minutes away walking. Apparemment is really comfortable and clean. Tamara always answer really quickly. Kitchen has everything you need (oil, salt, sugar and things to cook). Two good beds, towels, toilet paper, things to put mosquito away… everything you need ! Losijn is such a nice island, we had the chance to rent a boat two days and explore the nicest beaches of the island. We had a car so we could travel all around the island. Thanks Tamara ♥️

Very kind host, she picked us up at a predetermined point to accompany us to the accommodation. She also provided us with all the necessary information about the area and points of interest. Clean, tidy and comfortable apartment. She allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Ground floor apartment with windows overlooking the shared garden, but this did not affect our good stay. Excellent proximity to both the center and some beaches.

Tamara's apartment is lovely and has everything one would need for a brief or extended stay. The apartment is very clean and location is within walking distance to everything, so there is no need to move the car from the parking lot. The neighbors are very friendly (everyone I met in Mali Lošinj was very kind!) too. Tamara was so helpful and welcoming, it was a wonderful experience.

A very wonderful accommodation - the view of the sea - FANTASTIC!!! (we were a little skeptical at first, photos are sometimes "patient" - but it is actually much nicer than in the pictures. You can sit outside and have a great time. The apartment has everything you need - especially the nice big table and the open kitchen - invites you to linger in bad weather. Communication was always very nice and very fast from the start. Thanks so much for the nice days.

this place was wonderful. Just 50m from the beach, a grocery store right next door, lovely terrace, and walking distance to the old town of Rav. Katrine was a gracious host who gave us local tips and was very friendly. I definitely recommend this place and would come back in a heartbeat :)

Well-appointed and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on site, we could park e-bikes in the house. Only a few minutes' walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly contact persons! For us, it was “the best place to be” in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

A very nice apartment, with a lot of love for detail. We as a family felt comfortable for the 5 days. The garden is also very nice and the beach is just down the stairs.

Really loved the apartment! It was so clean and tidy. Goran was a fantastic, kind and helpful host. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Gorans mother was a very sweet and lovely lady too, with a cute little dog. The town was easily walkable and the airport was only 10/15mins away in taxi. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a stay of one week. From the moment we met Lili at the front door we felt at home. So welcoming and open. Lili always had a smile. Lili had made some delicious muffins for our arrival and some amazing fritters mid week. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Everything that we needed. The pool and surrounding area were beautifully maintained. Marino was so helpful upon our arrival. He explained the local area and the not so local. Marino spoke excellent English . We had a car and wanted to explore Istria. Close by was a well stocked supermarket, a little further on was a large shopping centre. Both within walking distance. It was a 10 min walk to the arena and city centre. Such a lovely and accommodating family. Thank you.
