Nearest small shop is located 10 minutes walking from the house, large stores are located in the center of the town of Pag. Center of the town is a 20 minute walk where there are cafes, restaurants and other tourist offer.

The upper floor of the house/attic also has an open space with kitchen, living room and dining room. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a balcony. Upstairs is one bathroom and one toilet. In the garden is a pool with holiday furniture under the pergola, 8 sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. There is a children's playground by the pool.
