Holiday rentals with a sauna in Grad Pag

This place is absolutely stunning!! We were a bit nervous because of the pictures being computer generated, but it literally looks like that and even better in person. The unit is brand new (hence the plan pictures) I believe it’s the only occupied unit in that building. The location is super quiet, there is a beach literally in front of it! You can also walk along the coast line almost through the entire town. The rooftop is AMAZING! We swam in the pool and used the hot tub. There is a small store walking distance for any necessities. We didn’t really enjoy any of the restaurants near by, however, there is plenty good restaurants within a 15 minute drive. And lastly, the host is wonderful. She met us at the unit and explained everything to us. Very friendly and hospitable.

Absolutely amazing place! Probably the first AirBnB I stayed at that looked way better than in the photos and the photos were pretty good! We had a fantastic time and Monika was just lovely! Thanks for having us!

The place is awesome and brand new. I had my family with me and having enough room to have privacy but also an option to spend time together. I was impressed with the place. The host was nice and very helpful. the amenities were plentiful, clean hotbtub and sauna, 2 stocked kitchens for cooking the local fish, meat and vegis that are just near by, and ask him about his friend with a boat who gives a full day knowledgeable tour of the local islands and shipwreck which made our trip.

We stayed at LaVida Penthouse for two nights and it was amazing! The Penthouse is new and the interior is very modern. The terrace is unique, the view is breath taking and is even much bigger the it seemed on photos. We enjoyed the jacuzzi on the terrace and the sauna inside. The bedroom we used was very comfortable had an en suite bathroom and a wonderful sea view but there are more bedrooms which are also wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet with just a few houses around. Location is great if you plan to explore Zadar county because it's close to the Highway (13km), to Zadar, Nin, island Pag. We're definitely satisfied with our choice and will recommend it to our family & friends we are looking forward to come back for an longer stay. Thank you Martina!

Notre séjour chez Marc s'est très bien déroulé. L'adresse sur le site est mal référencée mais Marc a été très réactif et est venu nous chercher pour nous montrer le chemin. Marc a fait le nécessaire pour répondre à nos attentes - y compris s'exprimer en français (de qualité). C'est un hôte à l'écoute. Seul bémol du séjour : les moustiques...

We loved our stay during the Easter time. Very private and peaceful. Zadar is the city that is the nearest, approx. 20min drive. Beach access and good internet. Recommended!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Gegend. Andrej war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Zu fuß ist der Strand 5 Minuten enfernt. Das Haus sah aus wie beschrieben und war sehr sauber.

Die Villa ist wunderschön und sieht in echt sogar noch besser aus als auf den Bildern! Es gibt alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man braucht. Der Pool ist beheizt und daher immer nutzbar - zudem ist das Meer ja ohnehin direkt nebenan. Der Gastgeber war super nett, proaktiv und zuvorkommend. Sie haben uns herzlich empfangen, das ganze Haus gezeigt und mit Tipps zur Seite gestanden. Insgesamt war die Villa jeden Cent wert!

Wie immer ein super Besuch, ein perfekter Ort um in den Paklenica Nationalpark zu kommen und super für große Gruppen mit Kindern. Auch danke an den super Host, alle Fragen die wir hatten wurden schnell beantwortet! Danke!

Der Aufenthalt bei Daniela und Valentin war wunderbar. Sie sind sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und übaraus fürsorglich und professionell. Die Unterkunft war mindestens so schön wie auf den Fotos. Die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung haben die Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Das ganze Objekt ist sehr wertig ausgestattet und verarbeitet. Der Pool wurde gereinigt und auch die Außenanlage entspricht einem sehr guten Standard. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen war Valentin immer sofort erreichbar und konnte immer direkt Rückmeldung geben. Die Lage des Objektes ist optimal, zu Fuß 10/15Min. ans Meer und die Lokale. Drumherum nur grün und Ruhe. Vom Balkon kann man sogar auf das Meer sehen. Es gibt genügend Lokalitäten vor Ort, dass man in einer Woche Abwechslung hat. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder und können die Villa Pollux nur weiterempfehlen. Ho soggiornato nella casa di Marin con la mia famiglia e una famiglia di amici, ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione e dispone di tutte le comodità necessarie per un soggiorno confortevole, ha arredi moderni ed è molto pulita . La posizione è ottima per godersi un po’ di tranquillità; dalle grandi vetrate di due camere da letto è possibile vedere il mare che dista circa 50 m a piedi .Nelle vicinanze c’è un piccolo market e due ristoranti. Marin è un host sempre attento e disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente! Grazie

Das Haus bietet mit Sauna, Whirlpool, Pool und eigenem Tennisplatz viele Möglichkeiten für einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Liegenschaft. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf den schönen Sonnenuntergang. Die nächste größere Stadt Zadar ist mit dem Auto in 30 Min erreichbar. Novigrad selber bietet ausser einer Burgruine jedoch nicht viel an. Das Meer unmittelbar vor dem Haus ladet nicht sehr zum Baden ein. Baden kann man dafür im hauseigenen Pool. Wir waren zwei Familien mit insgesamt 4 Kindern zwischen 2 und 11 Jahren. Sowohl die Kinder als auch wir Erwachsen kamen bei dem breiten Angebot, welches das Haus bietet, voll auf unsere Kosten. Lana war sehr freundlich und als wir eine erneute Reinigung des Whirlpools wünschten wurde das innerhalb eines Tages organisiert - toller Service!
