Casa del Moro

Our house, Casa del Moro, is located in the Savio valley, in the ancient historic centre of a century-old village. The ancient village in which it is located, Mercato Saraceno, already existed in 1153 when Saraceno degli Onesti wanted to create a market near the water mill, on the open space near the river with the only bridge over the Savio between Cesena and Bagno di Romagna. Casa del Moro has maintained the style of the medieval village, adding elements of recovery to support its centuries-old identity.

Independent villa, fully fenced with gate for car entrance and pedestrian gate. Large and well-kept garden with barbecue,and large porch where you can have lunch while admiring the spectacular view of Mount Titano and the valley that surrounds it. From the porch you access the living room,which offers all the comforts, with sofa bed, to the right of the living room is the equipped kitchen. Also from the living room you access a hallway that houses two double bedrooms ,a single bedroom and a bathroom.

The windows overlook the rooftops of Pesaro and the terrace is a small gem where you can spend summer evenings with family and friends. Winter days, on the other hand, will be brightened by the fireplace. The spaces retain the typically Italian flavor, thanks to the terracotta floors and the ancient Marche doors. The house is surrounded by shops, bookstores, restaurants, and is a short walk from a supermarket.
