Our apartment "Haliaetum" is located in a family villa by the sea, on the walkway to the San Simon beach in Izola. Excellent location, pleasant garden with Mediterranean vegetation, cozy apartment and our desire to feel at home with us, all these are sufficient reasons to spend your holidays, a long weekend or maybe just a day in our apartment Haliaetum all-year-round. The apartment is located in the middle floor (1st floor). It is suitable for up to 4 persons, centrally heated and air-conditioned. Fully furnished apartment includes: entrance with wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with kitchen, dining table and 4 chairs, Led TV and a couch (130 x 190 cm) for two persons, bedroom with sea view and two beds We assure you that you will be excited about our extensive garden. In the shade of our pine trees, cypress and laurel bushes you will be delighted to use: table and 4 chairs, solid wooden deckchair along with sunbathing cushion and a folding deckchair, outdoor shower, fitness area among the cypress trees, swing on a pine, direct access from the garden to the beach, gas grill, free parking in front of the house, free Wi-Fi internet in the apartment and in the garden. Our house is certainly ideal also for families with children. Every moment you can "jump" in the apartment directly from the pebble beach without tiring walking or driving. Just park your car in front of the house and enjoy your vacation.

Very charming apartment in a fantastic location directly in front of the sea : nice and rare terrace with wonderful and direct Adriatic seaview ! Located in the quiet heart of Piran, superb venetian old city, close to restaurants, shops and local market. The luminous studio can accomodate 2 adults guests and is modernly renovated. My apartment overlooks the sea, you'll enjoy a stunning view. From the large terrace, beyond the private pine forest, there is the beach and the sea. It is located at the 5th floor of a building with lift. It is very bright and all bedrooms and the living room overlook the sea. During the night you’ll be lulled by the sound of waves on the shore. My accommodation is in front of a pine forest just 50 meters from the sea and 20 minutes from the center of Trieste, you can enjoy panoramic views and pleasant walks along the coast up to the castle of Miramare. Also ideal for a summer beach holiday in an area with good restaurants and outdoor cafes. It has a beach spot with an umbrella and two sunbeds in an excellent location and private parking in front of the apartment included at no extra cost (for tourists the park would cost 18 euros/day and the umbrella with sunbeds this year would cost a fortune, if you can find them)

Beautiful very bright apartment, located in a very central area 100 meters from the beach. Habitable terrace overlooking a lovely square at the intersection of two pedestrian boulevards. Secure parking on request. Recently the furniture has been renovated and excellent soundproofing of the apartment has been created.
