The house is located in beautiful quiet natural surroundings down to Esrum Å. From the house there is a view of the garden, Å and fields. Next to the house is the main house where sometimes there may be some. The house is nice with a nice kitchen and bathroom and everything a house should have. 10 min walk from lovely sandy beach. In addition to a large double bed for 2 people, the house has a 140 cm box mattress on the loft. There is free access to kayaks, sup, firepit, bikes and fishing poles. New VILDMARKSBAD and ICE BATH are for a fee.

Take a break and wind down in a lovely setting with nature close by and access to shared sauna and pool. Our cottage of 55 sqm invites to lovely hang out with family or friends no matter the season. In addition, in the summer months, the communal swimming pool is only 100 m away or the western lake's swimming area is many nice beaches within close reach such as Ängelholm, Båstad and Vejby strand and more. During autumn and spring, nature invites you to great hikes and excursions. In winter, cross-country trails are offered in the nearby.

The guest cleans themselves and is responsible for leaving the cottage in the condition it was received.

This cozy 65 sqm cottage is located on Hallandsåsen. Surrounded by beautiful beech forest, it offers activities such as hiking, off-road running, and MTB cycling. Bathing area at Västersjön is only 3 km away and in the area there is a swimming pool, tennis court, ping pong table and barbecue area. At Västersjön, the fishing enthusiast can rent a rowboat. It is 15 km to Bike Park. The cottage has amenities such as washing machine, dishwasher and if it is cold, it is cozy to warm up by the fireplace.

Wonderful farmhouse 4 km just outside Båstad . The farmhouse is located on a farm with Icelandic horses in a fantastic environment with beech forests. The house has a sleeping loft with two single beds. On the ground floor there is a sofa bed for 2 people . Nice living room with kitchen and fireplace . Large audible patio in all directions with outdoor furniture and Weber gas grill. Hiking , riding and biking trails can be found in the area .

Via a small path you will come down to Arresø and the protected bird sanctuary.
