Monthly Rentals in Grafton

Just returned from a wonderful weekend at Letitia's annexe. Absolutely gorgeous property, perfect for 2. Such a generous welcome pack, and everything you could possibly need. Did some lovely walks along the river and down to Buscot House. Letitia and Spencer were friendly and approachable but still gave us plenty of privacy. We were really lucky to have fantastic weather as well. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely weekend stay at Radcot Farmhouse. Our host Angela made us feel very welcome, and also had loads of recommendations for the local area. The farmhouse was super easy to find, check-in was a breeze, and is well located for adventures in the Cotswold. Thanks again!

We loved the cottage and it was clean and in a perfect location, walking distance from the fabulous Bell Inn. There were a few things missing that we felt would have made the cotttage a bit more welcoming but the cotttage is really handy for exploring the local area and was clean and otherwise very well equipt.

I stayed at the flat for 5 weeks while I was completing my work training nearby in Kidlington. It was perfect for me as it was completely self contained & had everything I needed to feel safe & comfortable while I was studying. I want to thank Richard & his Dad for being so friendly & welcoming during my stay. Everyone at the pub was always friendly & Fly (the black lab) always barked her hello’s to me every day followed by lovely kisses. If I ever had any issues which was rare there was always help provided. I would 100% recommend this airbnb to anyone for a short term or long term stay! The only thing I would bear in mind is that there is no freezer if you are staying long term. Otherwise it was perfect, all the amenities worked great & the bed was sooooo comfy. All in all a great stay!
