Enjoy a stay in the former home of the painters Fritz and Hermine Overbeck in a modernly furnished 2-room apartment in a friendly and lively multi-generational house with its own terrace and garden access. The apartment is centrally located (shopping possibility, S-Bahn connection on foot) and at the same time in a green oasis in a scenic location (Schönebecker Aue, Bremer Schweiz). There are very good shopping nearby and wonderful walks in the recreation area.

Our house is located on the border of Bremen North in the village of Werschenrege. Surrounded by meadows, horse paddocks and forests, you can enjoy nature there. At the same time, you can also reach the city center of Bremen in 20 minutes by car. The completely renovated house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 guest toilet, a spacious dining room, a spacious living room and a new modern kitchen with large window in the spacious garden.

The approximately 200-year-old farmhouse is located at the entrance to the village of Platjenwerbe, directly on the state border with Bremen. On the 3500 m² property, which is surrounded by old oaks, there is plenty of space to linger, play and relax. You have the entire attic of the house to yourselves. There are three CATS (Mieke, Erwin and Kurt) living with us on the lower floor. They might come to see you if the door is open.
