My apartment in the Geteviertel is 125 m² over 2 floors on the raised ground floor and basement of a typical old Bremen house. The guest bedroom (1.60 m bed) is located in the quiet basement facing the garden with small Terrace. There is also a shower room here. In the upper area there are living rooms with TV, kitchen and dining room (also with TV) with upper terrace to the garden with old trees. The guest toilet can also be used. Baker, Bus and train station (8 min. to the main station) are 300 m away.

The cathedral, Schnoor and the city center can be reached in 10 minutes on foot or by tram (one stop) that runs in front of the front door. Despite its proximity to the city, the apartment is quietly located; it is located in a traffic-calmed side street. Newly renovated and with a private terrace, kitchen and small bathroom, the property has two separate entrances.

Bright apartment on the 2nd floor/attic in a central location. The apartment is about a 10 minutes walk from the main train station in a small side street. The city center and the Bremen "Viertel" (Ostertor/Steintor) can also be easily reached. You can walk to the nearest tram stops in about 5 minutes. A cat lives downstairs in the house. There is internet with WiFi access ! However, no super fast fiber optic cable ! Not selectable here in the center!

Unser Haus liegt in Fußgänger Entfernung ( 5 min ) zur Innenstadt mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, und 10 min. zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof.

Netflix and Amazon Prime subscriptions can be used on the TV.

Airport is about 10 minutes away. Please note that our apartment is not suitable for small children.
