This Air BnB is is incredibly beautiful and spacious. Its location is perfect allowing you to walk where ever you need to go. Manrique was amazingly helpful and took us on a full day tour of the volcano, lake and looking, a highlight of our trip. Would recommend staying here!

nice quiet place. it was a bit hard to find but I think it has more to do with Google map in nicaragua. it is 8 minutes from the center of the city but I needed a quiet night so it was perfect.

The host met us at the property and showed us in, which we really appreciated. The lounge is spacious and airy, and the location is great—just a short walk to restaurants. There’s a restaurant next door that plays fairly loud music from late morning to late evening, which is noticeable. Only the main bedroom has A/C; with a wall vent fan into the smaller bedroom which has fans and is also where the bathroom is located, which made it less convenient for our group of three. The living area has no A/C, but large doors let in air. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. We did have ants, likely due to the open design and surrounding plants, but as Costa Rica residents, it wasn’t a big deal for us but it might be surprising for guests not used to the environment. The bathroom setup was the main drawback—access is only through the smaller bedroom. A separate entrance would really help. That said, the hosts were friendly and responsive, and we’d definitely stay again.

Jason's place is beautiful, peaceful, and easily accessible. His staff, Arelis and Alejandro were gracious, helpful, attentive, and welcoming. Arelis always went above and beyond to ensure my family felt comfortable and taken care of. The internet was fast. The kitchen and home was clean and had several amenities and supplies. The property is picturesque and the house grand. I already miss it! If we experienced issues or concerns his staff and Jain were quick to address and resolve it.

Marc was a wonderful host. Any issues that came up he resolved quickly. A great private place to relax. Don't spend your whole trip in a busy noisy city! There are small shops in the neighborhood with basic things and there is a town a $1 tuktuk ride away with many good options to eat out. Mombacho volcano is only 10 minutes away, which makes a great day trip.

This was one of my favorite family vacations. It felt like we were walking into our own home. We had everything we needed and more. Sonia was AMAZING! She was very responsive and answered all my questions.

Very good stay for our group of 5 friends! The house was spotless and the 3 rooms very comfortable. It had everything needed and the interior patio was a plus for chatting and relaxing with music (the TV had internet). Gretchell is a great hostess. Very good communication, super friendly and check-in was easy because I was expecting us. We had a theme with the pool (it was closed), but he fixed it immediately by getting us passes for another one. Very efficient! Also, he got us taxi to the airport in Managua ($60). There are several minimarkets nearby, which is practical. Totally recommended. Comfortable place and Gretchell is very attentive. Only eye if they go with small children - there is a terrace on the second floor without protection. Otherwise, perfect! We would come back.

Absolutely felt in love with this house! Felt right at home and so peaceful! I felt asleep the first night in the couch upstairs and waking up to see sunrise and sounds of the birds was magical! Loveeeeed my stay, can’t wait to return!

It's definitely a place to come back very private and comfortable Erika is very friendly and attentive even got us a delivery so we didn't have to leave home. Made our experience a 100!

Super charming house in a quiet, safe part of town, only a two-minute (or less) walk to the center of town. We LOVED the colonial feel of the house and the plunge pool for that hot afternoon heat...chef's kiss. Ashley provided us with everything we could possibly need: AC, hot water, soap/shampoo (bc I definitely forgot to pack it), speedy Wifi, a fully functional kitchen, comfy bed...the list goes on and on. Julio was also amazing and very accommodating to our schedule. We loved this little gem in Granada so much we actually wanted to book another weekend...but it was already booked (boo!). We were there a month and could live there for several months more. The pool is just perfect, actually bigger than it seem on the photo. Can only give the best recommendation for this place!

A great location. A beautiful place with a lot of history and naturalization. The accommodation is very basic, simple kitchen and bedroom.

I find the attention very excellent and everything to the people also friendly in attending seemed very good to me the place

spacious and cool house very close to the lagoon, 10 minutes Granada and 30 from Masaya. Perfect as a base!
