Holiday rentals with breakfast in Grand Canal

Antonella’s place was like an oasis in Venice! She paid such attention to detail, putting water in the little fridge, having a book with recommendations, and also providing all the amenities in the bathroom! The breakfast for an extra 10 euro is totally worth it as it was beautiful and generous, I could even finish it each morning! And she provided coffee and tea in the room. She’s also super responsive and friendly, I feel very lucky I got to stay here during my time in Venice!

I had a wonderful stay at Mariangela’s place! She is an exceptional host - warm, welcoming, and always available to help with anything I needed. The house is spotless and beautifully kept, and the room was just perfect: clean, cosy, and with a very comfortable bed. Noale is such a charming little, peaceful town. It was a very pleasant stay. Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to the host for reserving breakfast for us; the bread and jam were both delicious, and the kitchen was very suitable for our family to cook by ourselves. Secondly, considering we brought children, the host prepared a brand new and clean baby crib for us. Each bedroom was very comfortable, suitable for family trips, and the host living next door gave us a sense of security. Thirdly, it was very convenient for travel, with both public transportation and the train station being nearby, and there were supermarkets and breakfast shops nearby, which were very convenient. Finally, I would like to thank the host for allowing us to check in early and leave later, which brought great convenience to our family with children. Thank you very much.

The place is very beautiful and clean. It was well equipped with all amenities. The garden was so peaceful, I had a nice time reading. Paola and her husband are both very nice and friendly. They even dropped us at the railway station. Venice Santa Lucia (centre) is easily accessible by train. I fully recommend this place if you want quiet time outside of the very busy centre of Venice and also visit the city centre during the day.

Sparkling clean!It was the cleanest B&B I've ever stayed in, like staying in a kind relative's home, and Anna was very attentive and quick to respond, offering a rich breakfast and even now brewed coffee. The room was large, the bathroom, although it was outside the room but there was also a door to the foyer, only for the occupants to use it was not the same as the suite, and Anna was respectful of our privacy made us feel comfortable, during the day she would open the door a little to ventilate and maintain airflow, and it felt very comfortable when we returned to the room after a full day out. I'll definitely stay again when I get the chance. Thanks Anna.

Our stay in Venice (with children) was perfect. Nicholas gave us many helpful tips. If you don't like an anonymous hotel atmosphere, your place is full of books, music and art. The location overlooking a small canal is quiet and yet everything is easily accessible on foot (e.g. the small grocery store around the corner).

Exceptional experience! The house is perfectly cared for in every detail, very clean and equipped with all the comforts, including breakfast and basic necessities. In addition to enjoying tranquility and absolute peace, the location of the house allows you to easily reach Venice and Padua by car. Sara was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the stay.

Diana was great tips for tips, very nice and her place is perfectly secluded. Street a little noisy because on the passage to the Rialto bridge but this is the case for almost all streets in Venice.

The place had vert tasteful decor. Much nicer than the pictures. Francesca met us at the boat stop and was very helpful and friendly. Great restaurants nearby, great location coffee right next door I loved staying here.

Adriano is an amazing host. He was there to greet us and made sure we had everything we needed before he left. He even stocked the fridge with some basics! The place is walkable to all of the sites of Venice..best get your walking shoes on. It was a perfect place for the 3 of us. It was cozy and felt like home! Ernesto’s place was perfect for our 1 week stay. Away from the crowds, on a quiet, tree-lined street facing a canal, easily walkable, and very close to a vaporetto stop. His kitchen is the best stocked in any Airbnb we’ve stayed at recently. He was charming and friendly. We would definitely recommend this little gem of a place. Thank you Ernesto!

We enjoyed a lot our stay in Venice, the apartment location is amazing, right in one of the best streets and 2 min walk from San Marcos. It is magical to stay in that location. The apartment has exactly what you need. I would love to come back!

We had a pleasant stay at Marilia's place, breakfast had been placed in the cabinets and fridge which was very appreciated In addition, she also agreed to keep our luggage before we took our train back Thank you for the welcome, the apartment is very well located for visiting the alleys of Venice

We loved our stay at Tetti. The apartment is in a fabulous location. All the main attractions, shops, cafes and restaurants within 5-10 min walk. Also an easy walk from the water ferries. The apartment was in a quiet street, making it a peaceful retreat after exploring the city. The apartment was beautifully presented and equipped with all amenities you would require! After travelling for some time we decided to eat in one night and the kitchen had all the essential cooking items needed. A bottle of Prosecco provided by the host was much appreciated! The heating in the apartment was great, making it a cosy retreat in the rainy weather! We will definitely be recommending this stay to family and friends! Grazie mille Guido and Christina!

Staying at Elide's is like staying at home. In fact, the BbB consists of two rooms and a small entrance where the coffee machine is located and where breakfast is served (but it must be consumed in the room because there is no table or breakfast area). The room is small (as written in the description. The one I stayed in is great for one person in my opinion. Elide takes care of guests and responds to all requests and needs. For me it is an added value to be "really" in someone's home and not in large facilities or fake houses only used for tourist rentals. Depends on what you're looking for!

Very nice B&B with a very friendly family. Howard was beautiful and spotless clean with a nice small garden/terase where we were welcomed to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. Breakfast was also very good and varied with eggs, toast, home made Italian salads, butter, jams, fresh fruits and large variety of sweet patisseries. Also good Italian coffee, milk, yogurt and orange juice was served. Position was very good with private parking included and immediate proximity to the direct bus to Venice (45 min by bus till Piazza Roma). The only inconvenient is that there was no wardrobe or closet available for us, everything being already filled with clothes and other things of the host, so we needed to keep everything in our bags. However we only stayed 2 days so it was not such a big inconvenience, but for a longer stay that might be frustrating.

Every thing was perfect

Nicely located between Mestre main square for bars restaurants, and train station where we rented car on departure and close to bus stop for Venice. Room was very comfortable, great bed, pristine bathroom and place was very secure. Hosts were very friendly and helpful and had obviously put a lot of work into creating their B&B.

Lovely place, exactly as described in the perfect location. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again upon our next trip to Venice!!

Nick’s home is a truly beautiful palazzo—authentic, intimate, homely, and full of charm. The bed was very comfortable, and the views of the canal were absolutely magical. It’s in a great location, peaceful yet close to everything. The atmosphere was so relaxing, with a real sense of Venetian history. A perfect, magical stay. We will definitely be back!
