Holiday rentals with a patio in Grand County

Lovely place to stay while in town for a race! We were close to restaurants and the parks while being far enough off the main drag to still have plenty of peace and quiet.

A great place for our Arches visit...clean, modern and just 1 block from Main St. in the center of downtown.

This place was awesome. Super clean, beds were comfy, and it was a very short walk to everything on Center Street. Parking was very easy too. Highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay in Moab! The place worked well for our group and was comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked.

Beautiful 2 bed 2.5 bathroom house. Beautiful surroundings. Clean. 2 Parking spots available. Easy to find. Clear instructions. Peter responds pretty quickly for anything needed. Has patio with a hottub. Overall a great experience.

FIVE STARS!! We LOVED our stay in this unit -- comfortable, plenty of space to relax, cook and gather; huge shower and plenty of bath and hot tub towels. GREAT location - easy to get to national parks and other local recreation sites, then home in the afternoons and rest up before walking one block to terrific restaurants in Moab. We could even walk to the general store, grocery store, ice cream shops and Adventure Center. Highly recommend!

This was a home away from my own while traveling the state. It was only a 7 minute drive from downtown. The neighborhood was quiet and great for walking my dogs. The house allowed me and my wife as well as our three dogs which is not always easy to find for us. The dogs are our family and finding a place that was so welcoming was amazing. I would stay here again anytime I’m in the Moab area.

If I could make it more stars I would. This house exceeded are expectations by far and hosts were super helpful and responsive. House was fully stocked with everything we needed and location was perfect for Arches, Canyonlands, Capital Reef and state parks. Clean and private and star gazing was awesome. Wood burning fireplace was so relaxing and we used it every night of our 9 night stay. Cant wait to return.

This place was perfect nice and clean! The house was decorated so pretty. It’s the perfect location for all the touristy things we wanted to do. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of hiking. Shawn was so great at communicating with us! I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again!!

Marika’s place was just as it looks and was described. It really felt like home. Pool, hot tub and park were super close. Not far from town. Clean & comfy for all 9 of us! Plenty of kitchen equipment as we ate in almost all meals. Huge garage was great to have access to. Would definitely stay here again.

Jason's house sits in an amazing location next to the Moab Golf Club and provides easy access to hiking, biking, and 4x4 trails. The home was beautifully decorated and provided the perfect base to explore the area.

We enjoyed our stay at Sally's place. It was really clean and comfortable. Sally provided clear instructions, such as how to turn certain things on, and a manual for the coffee maker - these are things we really appreciate. Sally was friendly and great at communicating, and her place was in a peaceful and quiet nieghborhood. We would love to stay again.

We loved the quiet neighborhood! Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well-equipped for making your own meals, plus the barbecue is a nice addition. This is a very nice 3-bedroom home for a family. Great kitchen table to play cards on. Easy access to all Moab has to offer.

Fantastic place! One of our favorites that we have ever stayed in. Super new and modern, with big windows to enjoy all the views. It was so clean and well taken care of — the cleaning crew had even added the little touches of having a new coffee filter in the coffee maker, and a detergent pod in the dishwasher. When they are doing little things like that, you know it’s a good place. The amenities were great. It was really live in ready with all the kitchen items you’d ever need, fully stocked with Keurig coffee/cocoa/tea, spices, etc. Best stocked kitchen at an AirBnB we’ve ever experienced. The location was also perfect. At the south end of town, so it is nice and quiet but still a 5min drive to anything you need. The view out the back into the mountains is awesome, and made for some great sunrises. Really great place that I would recommend to my closest friends and family. Only place that I would book here in the future.

While staying at this Airbnb, we initially had issues getting connected to wifi. I made Tyler aware of this situation and he immediately responded letting us know Moab recently experienced an outage. The next day Tyler proactively messaged me and informed me that it should be working, which it was. Other than the noise from the neighbors (which is out of the control of the host/thin walls) we had no complaints. The Airbnb was spacious and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The master bed was also very comfortable! This Airbnb was within walking or driving distance of any amity you would need. Would recommend to future guests.

Airbnb We enjoyed our stay in the spacious, clean and well-appointed house which met all expectations. There was a problem with the hot tub which was remedied within 24 hours, kudos. Nicole was a kind, prompt and thorough communicator. All in all, top-notch. Would stay here again. Thank you!

Great location in a suburb just outside of Moab so it was quiet and removed a bit from the hustle and bustle but conveniently located. Super nice to have a garage to pull into although it took a few tries before we understood the opener. Great access to Arches National Park. Was a little indirect to find in the dark upon arrival but not too tricky and still prefer this location to being in town. The unit wasn't new and some elements seemed well worn but we found everything we needed during our stay and all was well organized.

Great place to have as a home base while exploring the area. Well equipped, nice furnishings, just a short drive from town. Road noise was a bit more than expected given the positioning of the unit, but it really wasn't a bother. We would definitely stay again.
