Enjoy walking on our forest trails, have a soak in our wood-fired hot tub, take our inflatable boat out for a paddle, or go explore the countless hiking trails nearby. Located just off a groomed snowmobile trail, this is a perfect home base for snowmobilers, ice fishermen and cross-country skiers in the winter time.

This modern cottage was designed for a large family or for two families to share. 3 bedroom, 2 bath including a bunk room for the kids and a mudroom with built in kennels and a dog bath. The backyard has a large ground level deck with two BBQs, seating and dining spaces as well as a fire pit area with plenty of seating.

Enjoy chilling on the beach, the endless amount of hiking trails, or take your boat out on Lake Winnipeg, the fun is endless. Right next door at the Grand Beach C.C is a Wonderfull park for the kids to play at. Get away from the city and kick back at Whitecap Lodge.

The Beach House

Timber framed small house (480 sf) with two separate bedrooms accessed via ships ladder. Bathroom with shower and kitchenette. Built in 2017. Conveniently located next to a 10 acre provincial park (public beach, boardwalk, dog friendly beach, tennis courts, play structures and town amenities (grocery store, restaurants, arcade, yoga studio).
