Located a few hundred feet from the Iris gardens at Horton farm, a six acre garden space with over 1400 Iris varieties. Bloom season is April and May. The cottage was built in 1945 on my family's heritage farm. She's located next to the old barn alongside a small Creek. Inside you'll find a fresh colorful landscape of hand made cabinets, concrete countertops and furniture. The heated and Polished concrete floor is ready for farm life. You'll be delighted in the vintage items and local artwork.

The Johnny Cash Trail, Sutter Street shops and restaurants, the Saturday farmers market, etc. are all a short walk right from the front door.

This guest suite is completely separate from the main house, with a full-size living room, bedroom, and bathroom. A full size desk with desk chair offer a great work space. A small table with chairs offers a quiet spot to enjoy a meal. A small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker (fresh-ground coffee, cream, & sugar) are in-suite. (Please be aware, we DO NOT have a kitchen)

And yet town is only a 5 minute drive, allowing access to anything you might need during your stay. We consider our land a sacred, healing place. Before we built on this property we gave special homage to the Native peoples, and asked for blessings from the spirits to live here. We have discovered grinding rocks, shards of Chinese pottery, and ancient fire pits on the land.

Welcome to Old Roseville with it's rich railroad history. The cottage is set in an old Italian neighborhood. It has a living room with small kitchen, Bedroom/King size bed and bath. Built as an in-Law quarters, it has it's own Front & Back door, Heat/Air Conditioning System, Patio/Private Fenced Yard, and off street parking. The Cottage and the main house are separated by a Hall/Laundry room. This cottage is licensed by the City of Roseville and we pay TOT tax on each stay. .

New Custom Home in El Dorado Hills
Come stay at our brand new custom home in El Dorado Hills - just completed in 2024! We are walking distance from Folsom Lake and less than an hour and a half from skiing in South Lake Tahoe. You'll love the upscale features throughout the house - we spared no expense. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the views from the house are incredible. We are fully permitted with El Dorado County (#082189) for a max nightly occupancy of 6 adults (children 6 and over).

Main Street Retreat
Located centrally in Roseville off of Main Street, this 3 bed/1bath house features several amenities to make for a comfortable and convenient stay. Two of the bedrooms include queen beds and full-sized closets. One room features a bunk bed (queen on the bottom and twin on the top) and a comfortable couch with a pullout queen-sized bed. The full kitchen, dining room, and outside dining/entertainment experience is something the whole family can enjoy!
