Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

Fully renovated apartment (75 m²) in a historic house (former barracks from the 18th century) with several residential units directly on the city wall overlooking Lake Neuruppin. The two-room apartment is located on the upper floor (a staircase) and consists of a large living area about 50 m² with American kitchen, small bedroom with double bed, bathroom tiled with tub and separate shower and underfloor heating. A small garage serves as a parking space at the house.

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Apartment in an external location

The apartment is on our small, secluded farm where we and our animals live. It fits 2-4 people, but possibly also more, with a sofa bed, crib, mattresses and/or camping outside. The apartment has a south-facing window to the garden, where animals sometimes graze. You can also relax and make campfires there. The swimming area is a 10-minute The "Spur der Steine" bike path passes here and is nice for inline skating and cycling.

Barn de Lütt - Small barn very large

Our barn de Lütt offers enough space to a couple or a small family to spend a few relaxing days in the countryside in every season. Directly behind the barn, a large garden with seating, barbecue and fireplace as well as climbing frame, swing and sandbox invites you to linger. The apartment has 2 rooms on 43 m² of living space and thus plenty of space for 2 people. There is also a covered parking space about 2.30 m high with a barrier directly on the property.

The apartment has a bedroom and a large living room with kitchen, of course a bathroom. Everything is practically and comfortably furnished. The small kitchenette has a stovetop with oven, fridge and everything you need for self-catering. A cozy sofa invites you to relax and you can have breakfast and barbecue on the large outdoor terrace.

This centrally located accommodation is a 5-minute walk from a swimming meadow, a 10-minute walk from the cultural church and the cultural house "Stadtgarten." In the immediate vicinity is the waterfront, the monastery church of St. Trinitatis and the Fontanetherme.

Unser EFH liegt am südwestlichen Rand der Kernstadt in Seenähe mit Bademöglichkeiten. Zur Autobahn 24 sind es etwa 5km. Der Bus (Stadtlinie) hält wochentags über alle 20min in ca. 200m Entfernung. Im Wohngebiet gibt es kein lautes Gewerbe. Das Radwegenetz ist gut ausgebaut und eine Speisegaststätte liegt fußläufig in ca. 250m.
