The sunny studios feature a small kitchen, a cozy bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the forest and construction trailer. The surroundings are wonderful for hiking and enjoying nature. Since it was just in the final phase of construction, there are no real photos yet, but the studios are really nice :)

Two bedrooms with double bed and each with its own bathroom. Between the two bedrooms is the open living, dining and cooking area with fully equipped kitchen and access to a 30 sqm terrace. One of the two sofas in the living room can be used as a fifth bed with a lying surface of 70x200 cm. For more comfort an additional topper is available.

The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Our detached house is located on the southwestern edge of the city centre near the lake with bathing facilities. It is about 5 km to the A24 motorway. The bus (city line) stops every 20 minutes on weekdays about 200 m away. There is no noisy business in the residential area. The network of cycle paths is well developed and a restaurant is within walking distance of about 250 m.
