Newly built guest cottage of 45 sqm with one bedroom with double bed for 2 persons plus one sleeping loft with two beds on the floor. Large living room with kitchen, as well as toilet/shower room and patio with dining area for 6 persons and barbecue barbecue. Possibility of 1 more person in the adjacent shed at a cost. Located on quiet, beautiful nature plot with a lakefront location in a rural village on cozy Svartnö. Great for families with kids with bikes, sandbox, and trampoline. Close to Furusund, the summer town of Norrtälje and Grisslehamn for trips to Åland.

Seaside summer dream

In Räfsnäs, in Norrtäljes archipelago is this place. The house is modern equipped with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer, a fully equipped kitchen and broadband. For colder days there is a fireplace/air heat pump inside the house and for hot there is AC. The house is located on a large plot of land without much transparency in an idyllic area with a noise city feeling. The distance to the sea is just 150 meters. There are several patios in different directions. Our favorite is our large deck with outdoor kitchen, large dining area and hot tub.

Now there is the opportunity to stay in a house with striking sunsets, in the middle of nature and an undisturbed location, while making a minimal impact in the climate. Welcome to book our house at a favorable “try-on” price. Our house in the Stockholm archipelago has a unique location, is completely self sufficient on electricity through solar cells, and not connected to the grid. The house is "off grid" and is now ready at 98%. All the functionality is done, there are a few beauty spots. The stairs, for example, have no handrail yet.

Newly built cottage 50 sqm 4 meters from the sea with magnificent panoramic view in beautiful Stockholm archipelago. Private sandy beach and jetty. Modern kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Access to kayak, bikes, boule court as well as grass court for games and play. Hot tub recessed in the wooden deck just outside the cottage - available May-Sep. Wood stove at the house and one out. Wood is available. You come by car or bus from Stockholm (1.5h) or with one of the Waxholm boats. Sheets and towels are included.

Little house near the sea- Vätö

Sit back and relax in this nice & charming backfall house. About 400 m to the sea bay & a small swimming area. Here you like nature, you like nature,walking & just being . In the summer, barbecue & outdoor furniture is available on the secluded patio. Rowboat is available to borrow for a day on request. There is a 120 bed & a sofa bed drapery for the bedroom. No smoking ,no pets due to allergies. Sheets & towels not included but can be added for 150:-pp The house is close to the main house where we live permanently .

Newly built log house with sea view

With extensive forest behind the house, and the view of a bay of the Baltic Sea in front, the reaction of visitors usually becomes that this place provides a peace and harmony. The house was built in dalatimmer 2022 in traditional style but with all modern amenities, for year-round use. Outside high season, wild animals, hare and fox are often seen on the plot. The main bedroom has a very comfortable 160 bed from a premium brand, with sea views from the main pillow. Close to charming Norrtälje, nice hiking trails.

Skärgårdsidylliskt hus med stort trädäck med sjöutsikt. Delad badbrygga för sol/bad. Eldstad i huset, & stor trädgård. Möjlighet till många fritidsaktiviteter hela året. Kubbspel, badminton finns. Städning utföres av gästen. /Eng: Idyllic archipelago house for visit all seasons. Big terrace along the house towards the sea.. Shared dock/jetty for swimming/bathing. Fireplace in the house. Big lawn for relaxing. Cleaning is performed by the guest. (There are some private belongings in the house)

Welcome to our beautiful house in the countryside, with no next-door neighbors except the forest. A short walk takes you to a quiet lake and a lovely sea inlet, for swimming, or just unwinding by the water. The house has all modern comforts, an open floor plan, and big windows that bring the outdoors in. There’s also a private sauna. Especially great for families with little ones - there are toys, swings, a highchair, and a baby bed to make your stay easy and fun. Enjoy the peace and quiet!

Our wonderful cottage is known from Astrid Lindgren's iconic TV series Saltkråkan and is suitable for friendgroups, the couple in love or a family with kids. Liten stuga med havsutsikt i den gamla skärgårdsbyn Gräddö. Nära till badstränder, ICA matbutik, gästhamn, caféer, restauranger, kajakuthyrning, padelbana med mer. Endast en kort bilfärd till vackra vandringsleder i naturreservatet i Riddersholm samt till passbåten i Refsnäs för utflykter till närliggande öar. Finns gratis parkering på tomten om ni kommer med bil och är nära till busshållplats. Vi har ofta en fantastisk solnedgångshimmel från höjden året om!
