This house is built on 3 floors with a basement (living room). The kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped, the first bedroom with its bathroom on the 1st, another bedroom on the 2nd (with bathroom too). The terrace is on the top floor. Air conditioning on all floors (except the basement) and Wi-Fi.
