This is not a shared space, as listed separate side entrance to the suite. Laundry is separate as well for guests only. Electric Baseboard Heaters in rooms, turn heat as much you like. Park on the very right side on Driveway as long as long as it is not blocking the Garage door (plenty space). Plug in is also available on the side entrance for cold weather.

Please note that we only accept a single guest if you request 2+ nights during weekdays and our place is not suitable for children under 12.
