A historic residence just a short walk from the Sentiero degli Dei (Path of the Gods) in the small hamlet of Nocelle, a district of Positano, in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, 8 kilometres away from the town centre and all the hustle and bustle. From the local bus stop, you climb 100 steps to reach the property, which is surrounded by nature. As you walk along the access road, you will be enchanted by the scents of the vegetable garden that borders it, the breathtaking view of the coast, and the vibrant colours of the surrounding landscape.

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car.
