It has a spacious, open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining room with a separate bedroom (with king sized bed) and large walk-in wardrobe/dressing table. It also has it's own bathroom with double shower enclosure, toilet and sink. Parking spaces for 2 cars.

Parking, garden, wifi, gas central heating. Open all year N.B. bookings for less than 5 days during the peak holiday weeks will only be accepted if dates are available 'last minute'.

Original features and character have been sympathetically restored, maintaining its charm with a modern twist. This house really does offer a fantastic location next to the Grosvenor Park and in close proximity to shops, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, Chester racecourse, and the Roman Amphitheatre.

A fully refurbished, one bedroom house (king bed), with separate entrance. Beautifully furnished with all mod cons. The open plan kitchen has everything you need, including a washer/dryer and is next to the well equipped living room with large 43in SMART TV. Parking is on our private drive, three metres from The Lodge. We have just sold the The Lodge and as a result we can't accept any booking after the end of August. if you can stay before then we'd love to see you.
