Field View Lodge is a beautifully finished 2 bed, 2 bathroom property. It's a great base to be able to explore North Norfolk, being only 15 minutes away from Brancaster beach, Burnham Market or Sandringham House. The property is within the grounds of our home and the peaceful surroundings create the perfect place to sit back, relax and switch off.

An open-plan living space features a cozy seating area with a grey sofa and armchair, alongside a small dining table. A woodburning stove stands in front of the bed, which is adorned with soft, folded towels. Large windows allow for ample natural light.

Charming boathouse, Norfolk Broads

The Boat House is a wonderfully unique space which sleeps 2 in one bedroom/sitting room overlooking the Broad. Fully centrally heated, it has a kitchenette, wet room and a summer house. A pub and cafe are a short walk away. Hot tub rental (£85 per stay) available. We also have storage for bikes and there is a launching area for canoes and paddleboards a 5 minute walk away at the moorings.

The kitchen area features green cabinetry with pink handles, a vintage-style blue fridge, and a large window offering views. A wooden countertop complements the black and white tiled floor, while decorative plants and kitchen essentials are arranged on the shelves.
