It’s a wonderful and peaceful location, the cabin is perfect for a few days.

Had a lovely couple of nights at Richard's place. We ended up staying in a different lodge called the rabbits but the area is beautiful, and there is lots of space between lodges so you are private. the lodges are beautifully designed and fantastic to stay in. If there was a downside, it would be the main road outside but once you are in the lodge, you can't hear much and it's it's pretty quiet at night. Would happily stay here again

Beautiful location, lovely and clean. Was slightly worried i would be cold going in February but the heating was perfect and i was warm the whole time. Secluded, peaceful, amazing views, just what i wanted for a few days away

I have been back to this location many times now to hold my 'Return To Nature' retreat with groups from London and other parts of the UK. The place never fails to deliver. Winter, Spring, Summer or Autumn the land is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been to in the UK. Aside from the setting, it is always an absolute pleasure to see and catch up with Shayne and Nathan who are becoming dear friends and have infused the place with LOVE which is immediately felt by anyone present. I'll be back again a few more times this year and cannot speak highly enough of the place for a reset and to reconnect to your souls authenticity. Experiences there have changed my life and the lives of many others who have come along. This is a huge statement but it's true. Until the next time!

Great stay. Very nice, I would recommend the house of the birds. On the other hand, it lacks a little maintenance of the trees etc when the cottage arrives....

Lorna was a wonderful host and we'd happily return. The house was spacious and thoughtfully outfitted. We quickly settled in and felt right at home. Our beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The landscape was lovely, with easy-to-reach beaches and nearby forestry. Our dog also appreciated the enclosed front space and the complimentary water bowl. Highly recommended, and we look forward to visiting again.

We were delighted to find a late availability at The Round House for nearby Stradbally. Communication with our hosts was speedy, professional and informative. The house is located just a 10 minute drive from the town and made our E.P. experience tremendous. Justin was a great host. We arrived to a warm welcome and an impressive outpost in the middle of nature. The house is very comfortable, cosy and has everything you will need for your time away from home. Our hosts went beyond the expected and had left us with an impressive array of food; bread, milk, vegetables and access to their full pantry. The area is calm, secluded and a dream break away from busy lives. Highly recommend a stay at the round house and we look forward to returning.

We've had a lovely time staying in this beautiful Old Chapel with our two small children. The open plan style worked well for us all and the boys slept in the family bedroom which can be easily shut off from noise in the rest of the house with the door shut..... Just as hazel had described. I would have loved to have a washing machine, but we managed with hand washing and we were prepared for this as it was also clear from Hazel.

Amazing cottage- a very rare and beautiful opportunity to stay in a historic cottage and incredible location. Excellent host and communication. Everything we needed was catered for. Highly recommended. This was our second stay and hopefully more to come. 5 star experience and more

Fabulous stay at Foxes Den with our 11 year old son & 2 dogs. There’s plenty of space, cottage is well equipped. Beautiful views, very private & peaceful. We made use of the lovely sized swimming pool every day, along with the sauna & jacuzzi. (Open until 9pm & great to relax after a day exploring local attractions & beauty spots) Our son loved the games room too. The dog shower in the courtyard was a great feature, lovely warm water & a chance to wash the sand off after our beach adventures. Would recommend Fox Valley Cottages!!

We enjoyed our stay at Burnbrae Byre, you feel and see that Alison and Andrew have put a lot of work into their project. Unfortunately early starts and late getting back to the accommodation meant we didn’t meet Andrew until saying good bye however we loved our stay at Burnbrae Byre. This Hobbit hole was perfect for our family of four. We loved everything about the experience and will happily book here again. We’re already thinking about when we can come back in the spring/summer. The private hot tub was also a really nice bonus!

Anne was friendly and welcoming, great local knowledge and recommendations. The location is secluded and private, but just a short drive to local amenities and connections to Edinburgh. The place was clean and tidy, and had everything you could need for your trip :)

Beautiful accommodation. Stunning views. High-end products used throughout. Lovely touches like bathrobes, slippers and dry robes. Was definitely luxury. Well appointed kitchen. We ate in as you would need to drive if you went out. We liked that though because we made good use of the facilities and hot tub. Would highly recommend.
