This is our second stay at Susan’s wonderful home (we bookended our 40 anniversary) and it won’t be the last. The house is private and ideally situated to explore Avimore, the Cairngorms and surrounding areas. It is also relatively close to Avimore centre so it’s easy to walk in to the local amenities. Susan’s home is clean and tidy with a well equipped kitchen and utility room. The sauna and hot tub are welcome bonuses. Susan is a great host and responds to messages very promptly. Thanks for everything Susan. We are looking forward to going back to Glencairn soon.

We had a wonderful stay here! A lovely house to relax in and make the most of the area. The house had everything we needed and the communication from Sarah was excellent. A really lovely, warm cosy house for a friends reunion.

What a fantastic place, I'm so pleased I booked Beudy Bach Cottage for my last minute break! It was so peaceful and tranquil and just what I needed. It is in such a beautiful location. The bed is so comfortable, I slept so well. The cottage has everything you need and an added bonus of your own hot tub, and a gym. Lliwen and Paul were fantastic hosts! Lliwen searched for some vegan recommendations for me, which I was grateful for. Paul was helpful with local knowledge regarding the walks I wanted to go on. Overall, this break was perfect and I cannot wait to come back again to Beudy Bach for a bit of rest and relaxation. Thank you Lliwen and Paul!

This house was absolutely stunning. It was well worth the money we paid. We had 12 guests for a Hen Do and we had plenty of room. The hot tub was wonderful and warm, even if February. The view was stunning as were the rooms. Each room was beautifully decorated, including a stunning shower and bath. Hosts communicated clearly and responded quickly when I had questions. Would definitely return and recommend!

Lovely apartment, very clean and comfortable with everything you need and easy to find. William is a very attentive host and couldn't be more helpful

really enjoyed staying here. Kevin was a great host and helped us out in a jam. the house was lovely and homely and he was happy to accommodate our doggies. there are plenty of nice walks in the area and being off grid was very peaceful.

Had a delightful stay here between Christmas and New year, the bungalow had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Christmas decorations gave a cosy feel. The hot tub and Cascades use, were definitely an ideal extra! Good communication with our hosts. A perfect place to explore the lakes especially Windermere. Definitely would recommend and return. Thank you for a delightful stay.

Perfect for my mum, her partner and their dog while they had works done on their home. Friendly welcoming hosts, comfy bed, great walks and nearby Unit 1 for food and drinks. Thank you ☺️

We stayed at this beautiful cottage for 4 nights whilst we secretly eloped in Glencoe. The perfect cottage for our wedding weekend away. As soon as we walked into the cottage it felt like a home away from home. Cosy and luxury! The music was playing for us as we walked in and an incredible TV on with Netflix etc. Little added touches like chocolates, stock of tea bags etc all included. Kitchen was brilliant and everything we needed to cook, and also lots of nice places to eat close by that the host recommended. Bed was super comfy and cosy, and the towels were luxurious too! Location is great. Lots of nice walks and places to go. The hosts were so lovely and welcoming and very responsive. We cannot wait to return and stay again in the future! 5 stars and I highly recommend.

Jan was a great host. The annex is fully sufficient with all mod cons and well located for all amenities, with a separate entrance in and out and a parking space. It was an ideal place, me, my family and our dog when we stayed for nearly 2 weeks whilst having renovations done. It felt like a home from home. It made what was a stressful time and so near to Christmas, so much easier. Thank you Jan.

Katie’s how was very roomy, homely and clean. Everything you need for a week’s holiday is catered for. Downstairs toilet a big bonus as well as a fab washer and dryer Thank you Katie for letting us stay.

We loved our stay! Perfectly clean, the bed was so comfy and the garden was enclosed, which is perfect for our dogs. The location is great - I would run every morning and it would take 10 minutes to get to the seafront. Absolutely 10/10 and we had such a beautiful, relaxing weekend. Amazing 3 night stay for a family celebration. We had the best time at Christine’s place 🥰 excellent communication, amenities, location…everything. Have stayed in several places around the north coast and this was by far the favourite. Neither the kids nor the adults wanted to leave! Do not hesitate to book. Thank you for everything ☺️

My wife and I had the most relaxing time at the "Condo" it was a great location to explore, the property was just perfect for the two of us and had everything we wanted for the weekend. It was clean and tidy with a wonderful log burner which was wonderful to sit in front of and listen to the wind and the rain on an evening. Jacqui was very responsive and helpful. The black dog just down the hill was welcoming and does the best Sunday lunch. A great find!!

This was the second time we have stayed as a family at Graham's house when visiting Suffolk, and it was just as comfortable and welcoming as the first time. Graham was a great host who was able to accommodate our requested dates and offered a flexible check-in. The house is really well equipped and clean and in a lovely location with a lot of character. The beds are very comfy too, and we really valued the treats on arrival to toast the New Year - thank you so much - would highly recommend staying here!

We were a group of 15 friends and family - adults, teenagers and children - celebrating new year together. The property suited us perfectly and had everything we needed for a great few days. The location is excellent for the Jurassic coast beaches and Lyme Regis.

We had a wonderful stay with all our family to celebrate a special birthday - we loved the house, all able to eat together around the table was wonderful, enjoying chatting and drinking in the beautiful lounge and the younger ones loved the hot tub and braver ones the swimming pool. Great position for all the lovely New Forest areas and walks

Had a really fantastic stay at Gill’s place for a joint 30th birthday celebration. George met us upon arrival and was happy to give us recommendations and show us round the house. The house itself was lovely - spent many hours playing pool or board games round the giant dining table. We also loved sitting by the log fire or running out in the rain to the sauna/steam room. Beds were comfy and bathrooms in good clean condition. Would love to return in the summer so we can enjoy the pool and outdoor space!

From Start to Finish Paul was the perfect host, could not do enough for us making sure that the log burners were lit every morning for us - hosting he was great fun and even joined in our activities. Paul has a great place here - you just have to realise that there is no kitchen in the main house but that did not bother us as we spent most of the time up in the area by the Hot Tub which had fantastic kitchen, games, karaoke, bar facilities - thank you Paul you made a great weekend even better !

Lovely house in beautiful location. Very friendly and helpful hosts. We all enjoyed the hot tub and pool as well as surrounding countryside and trip into Glasgow. Very cosy and comfortable house. Thoroughly recommend

We stayed for a couple of nights close to Christmas, wonderful stay in this beautiful period home, with the village looking very pretty and festive. Having use of a sauna and pool, while it was frosty outside; made our stay particularly enjoyable!
