A 2 minute walk takes you to a lovely lakeside trail, a perfect place to watch the Northern Lights. A very private and convenient location. 10 minutes drive to downtown, walking distance to grocery store (Trevor's Independent Grocer) shopping areas, restaurants like McDonald's, Tim Horton, Cooper House, Monkey Tree, Fat Burger, etc. Also 10 mins walk to Hospital and just across the Fire Hall. Bus stop is 100 ft away from the house. Host's house is next door making it very easy for you to reach them.
