Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Greater Skopje

We, 2 families of 4 with young kids, visited this house and really enjoyed ourselves. Maria was very helpful throughout our communication before, during and after our stay. Their guides, the welcoming food and wine, the totally clean house and generally the overall experience was great. we totally recommend the hosts and their listing as it was exactly as the description and we felt like home. our home in Skopje

Nice place to stay - it’s located on a quiet street, walking distance to the city centre and it had beautiful views of the mountains. It was clean, spacious and it had everything that we needed. Tamara responded quickly to our messages and was very helpful and friendly. Overall we had a great stay and we’ll be happy to stay here again.

Home away from home. Waking up so close to the city center and yet hearing birds whilst you have your morning coffee surrounded by greenery is priceless. The place was impeccably clean, everything you need is there. Beds super comfortable. Definitely will be my place to go to when in Skopje. The hosts are young enthusiastic people always there whatever you need to make your stay memorable. All the best recommendations for this place.

Wir haben ein Haus von Emilijia gemietet und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Katherina, die uns herzlich begrüßt hat, während die Vermieterin im Urlaub war. Katherina war ein liebevoller Mensch, der uns das Gefühl gab, willkommen zu sein. The house is beautiful like the pictures. It was clean. Just a recommendation, you can rent a car it is slightly far from the center of uskup. Hris responded our every question in a short time 🙏 finding the house etc. is quite easy thanks to the document they prepared all the information you need is there. I would come again.

Our stay at Cozy Villa ЯR was absolutely perfect! The property was even better than the photos—spacious, warm, and beautifully designed with large windows offering breathtaking mountain views. The fireplace was a cozy touch after a long day of skiing. The villa was ideally located, just a short drive to the ski lifts. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we enjoyed making meals and spending quality time together as a group. Fitim was an exceptional host, providing clear check-in instructions and plenty of local tips . I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for relaxing winter escape. We can’t wait to return next season. Thank you, Fitim, for an unforgettable stay!

Our two families enjoyed our stay at Villa Kupenica a lot. The host family was extremely kind and helpful in every way. The Villa is surrounded by calm farms and vineyards, so it is easy to relax in the yard, chill by the pool or have a barbecue in the evening just listening to birds and crickets. The kitchen and house itself were well equipped, the beds comfy and the wifi connection worked well enough so that we could plan some excursions. The town of Kumanovo is only 15 minutes away by car and we made trips to Skopje and lake Matka, which are also close enough. The villa had plenty of room for our bunch of 4 adults and 3 children and in spite of the very hot summer days, the house fortunately cooled down during the nights even without air-conditioning. We warmly recommend this place for you if you're visiting North-Macedonia. Please note that reaching the place for the first time can be tricky because the street names are not marked, but once you're there it's easy to get situated.

房子很大，很干净，有独立的院子，车可以停在院子里面，唯一不好的就是卧室没有空调，睡觉会很热，我们只好睡沙发

Although we were out of the season, we found a lot of hiking trails around. The host was so kind to deliver his personal local detailed maps of the region. The house was clean and well supplied and is perfect for 5 to 6 people. There is also a wonderful balcony offering hours of rest.
