The kitchen is furnished with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, a coffee maker and a small dining area. All towels and linens for bedroom, bath and kitchen are included. GVR facilities are available for a one-time fee. This is an age-restricted community. At least one resident must be 55 or older.

Time Capsule is a unique experience in an space age module dropped in the middle of an 11 acres desert sanctuary and sculpture park, adjacent to the Saguaro National Park. Enjoy the quietness of the desert in a safe environment located at just 35 minutes from downtown Tucson. Because of the refinement of the interior design we cannot accept any pet, service animal, nor children in the Time Capsule. Please note that check in is in person only and not later than 10:00PM. No exception!

Tiny Home. Very private. Peaceful and quiet. Lots of land surrounding. Separate driveway And huge lot area. Dog Ok. NO CATS New, extremely comfortable Queen memory foam/gel mattress in the bedroom and brand new Queen memory foam mattress in the pull out couch. This is the perfect little HOuse in the Desert and brand new! We are available to you and very close in the main house on the other side of the property. The houses are separated by a large brick wall.

The casita has its own private porch while the property shares two large communal patios with outdoor dining and a fire pit.
