Monthly Rentals in Greene County

This review will be kind of a more niche one as this was a co-worker and I passing through on a work trip coming from Georgia going all the way to Kansas while hauling a 24ft trailer. Was specifically looking for a place that would accommodate our equipment and wouldn't be a battle trying to find parking at a hotel for the night. Of most the places listed this one was the only one to provide an ample amount of pictures of the house both inside and outside. I reached out to Charles pretty late in the day and got an answer really quickly which was awesome. For the night we stayed this place is downright outstanding. Everything was well kept, clean, and in order. Charles reached out and let us know about a minor issue prior to our arrival which is a breath of fresh air. All in all despite it only being a night stay we would not hesitate to stay here for longer stays if and when in the area again.

We had a great time. Easy to find. Loved being able to park in the garage. Loved the plants inside and outside. Clean, comfortable place. Just what we needed.

Richard and Linda are above and beyond, next-level hosts. They gave us a home base for 8 months while we were looking for a house and helped us out in so many little ways that made a huge difference. We loved our stay here and plan to come back, especially as we now consider them our friends. The neighborhood was quiet and interesting and the deck with fish pond was our relaxation spot for reading and chatting. Linda makes sure the house and the yard are beautiful and spotless. Both of them are extremely responsive. They even provided us with a portable air-conditioner when I was in need of extra cooling. Keith and I felt welcome, comfortable, safe, and relaxed during our stay. This was definitely the best AirBnB experience we've had. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Thanks, Rick and Linda! You guys are the best!
